Welcoming and responsive host. New and modern apartment, comfortable, well furnished and well equipped. The bedding in particular is excellent. The pool is a good size and very pleasant when it's hot. Ideal location of the apartment: ocean and beaches within walking distance. Nice shops, bars and restaurants 5 min by car. We had a wonderful stay at Léa's place. Our arrival was easy and smooth thanks to the instructions given by Léa as well as thanks to the availability of Nathalie who told us where the parking was (at the bottom of the apartment, what more could you ask for?). Upon arrival, the apartment was very clean and had all the basic necessities: toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, sheets and towels. The apartment has all the necessary amenities for stays: oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, kitchen utensils, dishes… nothing was missing! The location is ideal, everything is within walking distance: the beach, the lake, the shops, a bike rental store... The quality/price ratio of the accommodation is really great, you can't find better. We are more than delighted with the accommodation and Léa's availability. We look forward to the opening of reservations for 2026!

Very good stay in this large apartment with a view of the port! Quiet and well insulated residence. The two patios are really a plus to enjoy the view. You can go there without a second thought.

We loved our 3 night stay. We are a couple and loved the space and how easy to get to main town Parked the car and left it! They had coffee and basic staples for cooking Would highly recommend staying here !!

This is a wonderful flat in the middle of Bayonne. Great view over looking the river with plenty of room to relax. Plenty of excellent bar, restaurants, and shops. I would easily stay here again. Denis had great communication and was very welcoming!

Another great time at Oihan's! Even though I was unable to stay in the original apartment due to water damage, Oihan and Laura were very responsive and professional in offering me several alternatives. I finally stayed in the Maitasuna, a bright duplex, tastefully decorated and located a stone's throw from Les Halles. No sea view this time, but an equally exceptional stay. Again, thank you for this great opportunity, Oihan.

Very well located apartment, 5 min by foot from the central square. Quiet environment, anything can be done on foot. The accommodation is very well equipped, especially in dishes, which is not often the case so we enjoyed it very much. Also, Chrystel is very responsive and the contact was very nice. We had a lovely stay there and apart from a slightly long entrance and exit, it was a very nice experience! Thanks for this beautiful Landes stay!

We had a wonderful time in Stéphanie's cottage. The place is great, everything you need is available. We have not seen the beach and the sunsets so beautifully in Europe. The communication and hospitality could not be better We fell in love and will definitely be back :)

I booked with Patrice for a family weekend and my wife's 40th birthday. What a good decision! Patrice was proactive, gave us clear instructions and was able to respond to all our requests. He even made a gesture towards my wife for her birthday, for which we thank him immensely! The accommodation overlooks the sea, and the beach is 2 minutes' walk around the dunes with the children. We will surely return and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay there! Thank you again Patrice for this truly unforgettable weekend!

Impeccable accommodation, great location

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths... everything is within reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — you feel at home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to make sure everything went well. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

The location is ideal, close to the center and 2 steps from the lake. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. The provision of bicycles is a real plus! Cécile welcomed us very well, she was responsive and accommodating :)

Very well located accommodation towards the south beach. We left the car in the garage throughout the stay. surf bikes and bakery just downstairs from the building ideal for 2 people very nice hospitality.

Benjamin's apartment is perfectly located. Direct access to the beach, 10 minutes walk to the city center or the lake. The apartment is also well equipped with nice furniture, two bedrooms and a good kitchen. In addition, the communication with the host was also warm and helpful. We felt very comfortable and are happy to recommend Benjamin's apartment.
