Just 5 minutes from Palais Des Festivals or Baoli club. Extremely central. The apartment is in Palais Miramar, just one block from the Carlton hotel, in the hearth of Cannes center. Location is really the best you can get in Cannes for your holidays or business trip. All is around you for this amazing address. You are on the Boulevard de la Croisette,on first line in front of seaside. Palais Miramar is one of the most important buldings in Cannes town. The apartment is new, completely renovated in June 2018, very well decorated and extremely confortable for 4 people sleeping.(2 pers bedroom 2 pers extremely comfortable sofà bed ) In Cannes ,Boulevard de la Croisette offers you an incredibile choice of restaurants. The apartment is spacious to be in this area, there is a living room with an open space kitchen, a balcony with seaside view, a bedroom, a bathroom with large shower, a bathroom with WC. The bedroom has a large bed (200 x 180) a wooden sliding door, and decorated with wooden sculpture. You can charge phone/tablets inside. The living room area offers a large double sofà bed extremely confortable with a very good and large mattress. Two persons sleep there very well. The sofà bed is easy to use open/close in one click.( Italian Brand) A large flat screen Tv is in the living room where you can watch movies and many channels.(50pl) There is a table for 4 to 8 persons with 4 chairs. The kitchen is open space, fully equipped to prepare delicious home french meals. A fridge, microwaves, dishwasher are there. Kitchen is very easy to use and clean during your stay. Everything you need is there, and of course Nespresso Machine isn't missing !!!!!! ( capsule sellers just 10 from the apartment) The apartment is decorated with natural pieces/sculpture and is totally white wich is very relaxing when at home. The bathroom comes with a large shower, perfect for 2 persons at same time. Bathroom is extremely clean and very bright. L'appartamento è molto luminoso e comodo e si vede dal balcone il mare. Il Palais Miramar ha un servizio di guardiania 24h/24h ed è un palazzo molto sicuro. The apartment is right on Boulevard de la Croisette in the center of Cannes. Five-star hotels Le Carlton and the Martinez are on either side of the apartment for drinks and special meals. Luxury stores, casinos, and the beach are all nearby. You just need to cross Boulevard de la Croisette to be on the sand and enjoy the fantastic cristalline water of the sea with all typical and different restaurants on the beach. Palais des congres is only 5 minutes from the apartment. Baoli or Suquet 8 mins. The apartment beeing very central everything is around you. - taxi station in 2 min walking. - bus station. - Bike rentals. - Uber taxi. - motorbike rentals. The apartment is very confortable, extremely new, renovated in June 2018 from an Italian Usa based Architect. Everything very easy to use. Palais Miramar is very known in Cannes, one of the three most beautiful and historical building of the town with the Carlton and Martinez buildings too on Croisette. Find solace in the country at this delightful villa that exudes charm in every corner. The home boasts a vast open concept main space, architectural wood beam ceilings, an outdoor dining room, a large backyard pool, and a tennis court. The court has a country style, nothing for professionals. Remember yourself on the famous movie with Russel Crowe :Ein gutes Jahr (A Good Year) 2006 ‧ Romanze/Drama ‧ 1 h 58min The sitze of the villa is about 350 m2. The size of the whole property including Tennis court is larger than 3300m2. The ground floor has a spacious living and dining room (seating for 10) with a magnificent fireplace, it is equipped with satellite television, DVD player and a Bose audio system as well as an upright (URL HIDDEN) also opens onto the patio overlooking the pool area. Separate kitchen (with oven, 4 ring hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker etc.) which opens to the covered patio area with outdoor dining facilities, gas "plancha" for grills. The guests of the villa have access to all rooms of the house,no other persons are living or staying in the villa. Two storage rooms are used for private purposes of the owner. Magnifique appartement spacieux de 46 m2 rénové entièrement avec des matériaux de qualité proche de tous les commerces et restaurants et situé à 7 min en voiture du Palais des Festivals. Au 5ème étage avec ascenseur, ce deux pièces de 46 m2 vous séduira par sa rénovation moderne ainsi que sa terrasse au calme. La remise des clefs se fait dans un commerce de proximité (2 minutes à pieds) jusque 23h30. Passée cette heure un supplément de 20 euros sera demandé.

Villa récente dans une petite résidence fermée. Au calme avec jardin et piscine, aucun vis-à-vis. Cadre agréable et sécurisé. Idéal pour visiter la Cote d'Azur, de St Tropez à Monaco, et profiter du soleil et des plages de Cannes à coté. Parfait pour une famille. Jeux et équipements de sports à disposition. Barbecue et potager à volonté ;) Possibilité de Départ / Arrivée en semaine (pas obligatoirement du samedi au samedi) Location sérieuse depuis 2015.
