Family-friendly holiday rentals in Plage du Midi

Wir waren während unserer Reise an der Côte d’Azur für eine knappe Woche bei Domi und wären gerne länger geblieben. Das kleine Ferienhaus liegt perfekt, um zu Fuß in den Ort, den Hafen und an die beiden Stadtstrände zu gehen. Weitere Strände sind innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Außenküche und der Pool sind ein Traum. Wir haben uns quasi durchgehend draußen aufgehalten und haben uns immer wohl gefühlt. Obwohl man bei Domi, ihrem Mann und ihrem Hund zu Hause wohnt, gibt es jede Menge Privatsphäre. Die Gastgeber sind zudem sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eines der besten Airbnb, in dem wir je waren. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Cette maison est un petit paradis et Maryse est une hote absolument charmante, réactive et attentionnée. La vie est incroyable et la maison est bien connectée en transports en commun.

Un très bel accueil des hôtes et des instructions clairs et utiles ! La maison est un très bon rapport qualité/prix car il se trouve à proximité du centre ville en transport et la maison est bien agencée et propre ! Idéal pour se rassembler entres amis (dans notre cas pour un EVJF). Merci à eux !

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

We had a wonderful stay at Christophe’s Airbnb — it was the perfect escape from the busy tourist spots along the coast. The house is nestled up in the mountains, which makes it very quiet and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings. There is a charming small village just behind the Airbnb, and it’s also very close to St Paul de Vence, which is lovely to visit. We opted to rent a car, which I highly recommend, as it makes getting around much easier and more convenient — plus, the Airbnb has a parking space available. Christophe was very helpful and even arranged a taxi/private car service for us before we decided to just rent a car. Taking the bus is possible, but it can be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. One thing to keep in mind: the stairs inside the house are quite steep, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Overall, we loved the tranquility, the nearby village, and Christophe and his wife's warm hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved swimming in the pool to cool off after sightseeing in the area. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cooking utensils to cook in the outdoor kitchen. The setting is beautiful with a fantastic garden with interesting plants and flowers and a view of Nice and the sea on a clear day.

Our second stay here. First in 2018. Great location on the beach and close walking to all you need in food and restaurants. Also close to train station so transport from Nice airport is easy enough. Can be a bit loud from beach on weekends but didn’t bother us. Apartment is very nice with great wrap around balcony. Always a nice cooling breeze off the Med. thumbs up from us.

David and Nathalie were true Superhosts—warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our trip. Their hospitality really made our visit to Cannes even more special. The apartment was in an amazing location, just steps from everything, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts or a better place. Highly recommended!

The location is great! Very easy to walk around Cannes and very close to all the beach clubs. The apartment itself is on a main street with many restaurants nearby but it was never too noisy. The bed was comfy and we enjoyed having access to laundry. Would stay again.

Very good location, with a walkable distance to the centre (market and castle hill/le suquet). Rooms were clean and tidy, there is also 3 showers. the entrance doesn't have steps so really easy for baby buggies. Thierry is very kind and always reply quickly to your messages. I would definitely recommend to stay at his place.

WOW. Charming, inspiring, peaceful, and AMAZING!!! I could have lived there forever. Everything about this place was perfect! Having the window open to listen and watch the birds play and people enjoy the fountain during the day and then the peace that sets over the place at night sets you up for the most amazing sleep! There is air conditioning if needed and everything you need for the most comfortable and charming stay! Walking distance to everything you need and more and THE VIEWS around every beautiful corner!!! We ate wonderful food and had the best time!! What we enjoyed most was chatting with the hosts and shopping in their gallery and shop right there! Don’t hesitate to stay here - I know we will return!!!

Location conforme à la description avec vue magnifique ! . À proximité de la Croisette et du Suquet avec son superbe marché . Tous les commerces sont à proximité . Nous reviendrons sans hésiter .

Such a beautiful apartment and it’s just 5mins walk to the beach , super market , restaurants just few mins walk , moreover , 3 mins walk to train station that makes my trip a lot more easier , Jerome is such a nice gentleman and provide lots of suggestions , I definitely would come back again , thank you Jerome !

We had a very special short break at Zillah’s place. Valbonne is quintessential French: packed with independent boutique shops and restaurants with plenty of outdoor seating. Despite being an obvious tourist destination, it felt pleasantly ‘local’ as well. Our neighbours were very friendly and it was lovely to see the children playing in the street while parents and grandparents sat and chatted. The house itself has a small footprint but plenty of space over three floors. The main bedroom is particularly handsome, although the second bedroom has no windows, which would not suit everyone. The top-floor bedroom is open to the spiral staircase so privacy is a bit limited, but not a problem if you know all your fellow guests well! 😁 The roof terrace was a treat and a perfect spot for crémant and crevettes at the end of the day! We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back.

Just amazing! Everything like in photos: nice , tidy, sunny, comfy, silent and clean apartment, great view terrace and nice shared pool. Kitchen is fully equipped. Apartment is in very great location (near sea and old town and bus stop and as well as I know parking option in a garage downstairs). Good and stable wifi internet signal suitable for work. Communication and check in/out was very easy and the hosts are very polite and gentle people. So apartment is highly recommended. 10/10 and we'll definitely will be back here.

Un immense merci pour ce merveilleux séjour ! L’appartement est un vrai petit coin de paradis : face à la mer, calme, joliment aménagé et d’une propreté irréprochable. Tout est pensé pour qu’on s’y sente bien… et c’est réussi ! La place de parking est un vrai plus aussi. Un grand merci également pour votre accueil si chaleureux et votre gentillesse — cela fait toute la différence et nous a vraiment touchés. Nous repartons reposés, le sourire aux lèvres… et un peu tristes de devoir quitter ce petit bout de bonheur. On reviendra, c’est sûr, sauf si quelqu’un nous pique la réservation… alors on préfère prévenir : on garde un œil dessus ! 😉 À très bientôt, Karine & Flavien

Sophie & Clément are great hosts. They allowed us to extend our trip longer than anticipated. Their apartment is lovely.

Alloggio molto confortevole. Dal vero è più bello che dalle foto. Piccolino, perfetto per una coppia 2 massimo 3 persone se famiglia. Noi eravamo in tre, la bambina è stata molto contenta.

Kurz und knapp: Tolle, saubere Unterkunft, die alles hat, was man braucht. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Schöne Umgebung bei der Frühstück, Supermarkt, Restaurants und Strand alles fußläufig erreichbar ist. Wir kommen also gerne wieder!

Merci Chrystelle pour un séjour plus qu’agréable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduit par la beauté de la propriété et par votre passion pour la culture de fleurs et plantes médicinales. Nous avons découvert le géranium Rosat grâce à vous et en apprécions la délicatesse en tisane que nous dégustons en souvenir de notre passage à Grasse. La chapelle est un endroit agréable et confortable décoré avec soin. Nous y retournerons fort probablement et recommandons d’y passer plusieurs jours à quiconque souhaite découvrir la région.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, le logement est propre et fonctionnel avec une vue magnifique. La résidence est calme et dispose de tout ce dont nous pouvons avoir besoin. La piscine est extraordinaire. Je recommande 😊

Nous avons été très heureuses de séjourner dans le logement proposé par Yves. Nous nous sommes senties comme à la maison. La vue y est magnifique sur la mer et le massif de l'Esterel. L'accueil de Yves était très chaleureux et prévenant. Et la localisation, idéale pour découvrir les environs!
