Romantic studio at the foot of the Untersberg

A romantic studio in a small village in the immediate vicinity of Salzburg. The city is a 25-minute bus ride away from the city. The bus runs through the most beautiful parts of Salzburg : Hellbrunn Castle, Anif Zoo, Untersberg with the Untersbergbahn. In addition, the Chocolate Factory, the Schellenberg Ice Cave, the Anif Forest Bath and the Königsseeach are all just a stone's throw away. The location is the optimal combination for nature and culture lovers.

Stylish, practical, good!

We renovated our 2-room apartment "Black & White" with attention to detail, refurnished it and created a wonderful overall concept. The bedroom is bright, all in white, natural Scandinavian chic. The living room with the small fitted kitchen with dark grey/black furniture that moves between industrial style and art deco. But the most beautiful thing is the view from the breakfast table of the Alps and Salzburg's magical local mountain - the Untersberg.

Beautiful well-kept apartment with old parquet floors on the first floor of a house from 1938. The apartment consists of a bedroom (bed 180 cm), living room, bathroom and cloakroom. A cozy arbor is available in front of your entrance door. The apartment is furnished as I like it when I am a guest: In the wardrobe there is space for two large suitcases, there are many ways to hang things. The atmosphere is colorful, individual and playful.

The decor away from the usual Ikea style creates a cozy atmosphere. In the well-equipped kitchen, you can prepare your favorite dishes while in the summer, the large terrace invites you to relax in the evenings. In the cold season, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

The View – modern, idyllic, unique

Though located in pure nature, this appartement is only 4km away from the center of Salzburg. Close to this place you can explore the beauty of the region "Salzkammergut" with its mountains and lakes. A special highlight of this appartement are the two terraces - at one you can enjoy the sunset with free view to Salzburg city and the other offers a panoramaview to mountain Nockstein/Gaisberg.

Das Apartment "The Garden" gehört zu den rustikal-chicen Unterkünften von The Barn Salzburg und bietet Platz für 2 Gäste auf 85m2 mit 60m2 Privat-Terrasse. Das Apartment wurde neu gebaut und im Sommer 2024 fertig gestellt. Naturnahe Luxus wird erlebbar mit natürlichen Materialien wie zB Holz, es wurde nachhaltig gebaut und mit viel Liebe und Sinn für Gemütlichkeit modern eingerichtet.
