The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. The apartment is newly renovated and has a private bathroom, private kitchen and balcony in a quiet location in Planegg (near Munich). The apartment is accessible via an elevator and is therefore accessible without steps. A bus stop is right outside the front door (Kettelerstraße), as well as an S-Bahn stop within about 20 minutes' walking distance.
