Cozy construction trailer to feel good, in the garden with pear and apple trees and with two ducks. Idyllic in all seasons. The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. Very nice bright and well-maintained apartment on the 7th floor of a residential building. The apartment is newly renovated and has a private bathroom, private kitchen and balcony in a quiet location in Planegg (near Munich). The apartment is accessible via an elevator and is therefore accessible without steps. A bus stop is right outside the front door (Kettelerstraße), as well as an S-Bahn stop within about 20 minutes' walking distance.
