Our experience at Villa IHOR was very pleasant. The location is ideal, as it is located in a quiet place between the sea and Olympus offering the perfect balance between relaxation and access to various activities. In the surrounding area there are many options for entertainment such as beaches, restaurants, shops and hiking trails. The house is equipped with all amenities. The rooms are spacious, decorated with taste and care, while the common areas, such as the kitchen and living room, are fully equipped . The outdoor area is just as impressive, with a manicured garden , a fish pond, and a pool that offer moments of absolute relaxation. As well as an equipped children's play area ideal for children Thanos' hospitality made our stay even more pleasant and comfortable since he answered every question immediately and gave us many suggestions for the area. Overall, the villa offers a stay experience.

The house was gorgeous and spotless! Just as it looked in the photos. Anastasia very kind & helpful. Fully stocked for breakfast and coffee. The yard and the view were beautiful. Very important that there was private parking and even more importantly that pets are allowed. I highly recommend this home. It's exactly as it looks in the photos and in person even better. I'll definitely go for it again!!!

Beautiful villa in a tranquil and peaceful setting. Overlooking the ocean with spectacular sunsets. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and further down a handful of excellent beach bars. Shirt 5 minute drive to Posidi town. Villa is so homely. Spacious and comfortable. Alfresco and backyard for entertaining and space for the kids. Vasiliki is a wonderful host, communicating clearly and proactively, helping when needed. We highly recommend this place.

This year AirBNB is highly recommended if you’re in the Thessaloniki area The host goes above and beyond to make sure the place is clean, furnished and comfortable for your stay. it is further from downtown, close to the airport. But, it still has plenty of places to eat at in a local and quieter area of Thessaloniki.

I really loved the place, being across the street to the sea. Christos mom was amazing, she showed us the flat and all the things inside. Flat is equipped with all that you need to live. If you're working remote is a great stay, being near the beach and peaceful. i didn' t liked the bed, it was to soft for my taste, still this is something personal. Flat is 4 minutes away from the oldest taverna from the area( by car), we enjoyed our stay, and Christos gave us some really hopeful recommendations for tavernas and what to visit. I really recommend this place if you hhave car and you need a peaceful place to be.

This was my fourth stay at this wonderful flat in Thermi/Thessaloniki, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The apartment is always immaculately clean, and it's clear that the owner goes the extra mile to keep everything in perfect condition — it truly feels like a brand-new space every time I arrive. One of my favorite features is the balcony — it’s spacious, peaceful, and the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee or relax in the evening. The flat is quiet, comfortable, and very well-equipped, with everything you might need during your stay. Communication with the host is always smooth, professional, and friendly. I’ve returned four times for a reason — it’s simply one of the best places to stay in the area. I can’t recommend it highly enough, and I’ll definitely be back again!

We were here for the second time - and it was just perfect for a little break. The apartment is very well equipped, with air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs, which is especially pleasant on hot days. The balcony and the view of the sea are fantastic - the relaxation begins immediately. The street is a bit busy, so you can't expect absolute peace, but that didn't bother us. The location and charm of the accommodation more than make up for it. Vassiliki is a wonderful hostess: warm, helpful and always available. I'm sure we'll be back!

The apartment is pleasant to stay in, clean, with all the necessary appliances. I would especially point out that the apartment had baths, shampoos, cold water in the fridge, coffee and the like. It was a beautiful and thoughtful place and Pavlos was kind and willing to help us with anything we needed! The only thing I could note as a negative is that there was no internet connection (WiFi), which as the host informed us it was probably the weather and the provider.. I recommend it!!!
