Holiday rentals with a patio in Platja de Bellreguard

A very well located accommodation, public transport (train and bus) is as close as the main street, a street full of shops. Our stay was magnificent, the apartment has all the amenities, it is very modern, clean, quiet and pleasant.

We've had a fantastic few days. The house is just as shown in the photos. It has a very nice decoration, it was impeccable and the terrace has beautiful views. It has everything necessary to have a super comfortable stay. It is a super quiet and pleasant area. Also, the pool was in perfect condition. Anna has been available at all times, has been very kind to us and has given us very useful local recommendations. We'll be back for sure.

Our stay has been positive. The accommodation has a very large terrace where we have spent time. Quiet and peaceful. It has games for home and also for the beach that we have been able to use. Very close to the beach and services (restaurants, shops, promenade...). Jose Miguel and his daughter have been very kind. We had a family problem and they have been very flexible with dates and also schedules. The house is very nicely conditioned and clean. Thank you very much for everything

A wonderful apartment!!! Unbeatable location overlooking the sea and pool on a very quiet beach. The apartment has everything, including a covered terrace where you can eat while watching the sea. Alfonso was super friendly and recommended many places to go and was always looking out for us. Would definitely go back again.

The apartment was great – super clean, modernly furnished and very well equipped, including things useful for the beach. High-quality equipment and furniture, all refined in every detail. The pools on the premises are clean, with crystal clear water – a great experience. The host is very nice, kind, committed and in constant contact – you can feel that he really cares about the comfort of the guests. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back in the future!

Beautifully tastefully furnished apartment with the view as a unique selling point. Wonderfully comfortable bed, great bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Spaces exactly as described and in the photos from the advertisement. The apartment is centrally located close to the beach, with nice beach bar Euforia, restaurants, shops and the old town. Everything within walking distance. The beach chairs and parasol present were a pleasant surprise. Communication with owners Oliver and Silke was excellent. They reported in advance that the swimming pool was not available due to overdue maintenance work and offered excellent compensation for this. The host on site, Valentina, is great. Very friendly, helpful and always quick to respond to messages. I can recommend Oliver and Silke's apartment to everyone with Valentina as a host. You will not be disappointed.

Very nice accommodation. Rozana and Cristobal are wonderful hosts. However, there is no second bedroom, but only an area for one person separated by curtains from the living-dining area. But that was okay for us. We felt comfortable and enjoyed the morning swimming in the sea. Accommodation is about 30 minutes from Valencia. The stalls of the local farmers on the way are also very great. Here we can buy freshly harvested fruit and vegetables. Very tasty. Thanks again Rozana and Cristobal. We'll be back!

We stayed for the weekend and could not recommend the place more. Antoni was extremely responsive and kindly brought us from nearby Gandia though there are busses. The place itself is beautiful. A really nicely designed space with all the amenities you need and perfect for getting away and having some downtime. The terrace is very large and again designed really nicely, it gets sun all day and has a BBQ, along with the spa room and jacuzzi. We intended on doing more exploring but the place was so nice we took advantage of sunny days and in the evening good food, the wine cellar service, jacuzzi and a movie. Will absolutely be coming back to stay again.

Lovely house with beautifully manicured garden and nice swimming pool. Nicely decorated and it breathed tranquility. Wonderful place to stay with our family. It is not within walking distance of restaurants, but they can be reached by car within 10 minutes. The beds are good and it is very quiet.

Rodica contacted us before our stay, informed us about the weather and welcomed us warmly in advance. She personally welcomed us and showed us everything important in the apartment. The apartment is located in a detached house on the ground floor, Rodica lives with her family on the floors above. The whole family was extraordinarily nice and we felt very welcome and at home. Rodica was always easily accessible when needed. If we haven't seen each other in a while, she asked if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. The apartment was very nice and cozy. What was particularly nice for us was the proximity to the beautiful sandy beach. We would have stayed with Rodica for some time longer and will be happy to come back.

We had a fantastic week. Lea is super friendly and happy to help you. The house is spotless and is maintained with a lot of love. Everything has been thought of. Our two small children (2 and 4) had a wonderful time playing in the pool. We have enjoyed the tranquility. Recommended: jardin de l'albarda, the Sunday market in Jesus Probe (delicious cakes!), and by car you can easily reach Denia (los banos sunshine bar, easy parking at the beach and nice lunch or dinner here) and Javea. We picked up delicious food (grilled chicken) at La Rostisseria (Denia, order in advance). Then you have several wonderful places in the garden to dine. If you want to dine in a nice place elsewhere, go to Cala Clemence del Portixol (we went to breakfast because of few parking spaces, reservation is only for breakfast not necessary, otherwise it is!). Keep it up!

Amazing villa, fully meeting the expectations as advertised on AirBnb. The villa is nicely styled, clean, has everything you need for a pleasant stay, and everything is of good quality. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and always quickly responding to questions. We definitely consider returning one day.

Excellent place, recommended for a couple, very comfortable. The best thing is the views of the sea and the city of Altea. You need a car if you want to go shopping and get around. Beautiful beaches to walk to from the property.

Tina and Roger are adorable, the accommodation is perfect. With a key box and a parking space right in front of the terrace. Extremely clean and functional, there is everything. It is as relaxing as it is well located and close (by car) to many tourist sites. Access to the pool is a real plus because it is quiet and the view is breathtaking. We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

You get what you see on the pictures. Really clean, view to the sea, great kitchen! Its a great place to stay and to de-city for a while. The (beautiful) beach is a 5-10 minute drive and really worth it. Communication is flawless and quick, exactly as it needs to be!

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. We enjoyed the stay, very clean, good area

A stroke of luck. Very spontaneously we had to book a place and a few hours later we were already in Almudena's apartment. Right on the beach, great pool, plenty of space with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, large terrace - perfect for us! The decor and amenities are top notch and everything was sparkling clean. If you want to spend a relaxing week away from the tourist hustle and bustle, this is the place to be!
