Holiday rentals with a patio in Platja de Bellreguard

Correu tudo bem, a Lesya foi sempre bastante amigável e disponível e só por isso já vale o preço. Para os mais distraídos como nós, a piscina é partilhada. De resto tudo ótimo.

Un alojamiento muy bien ubicado, el transporte publico (tren y bus) está cerca tanto como la caller mayor, una calle llena de tiendas. Nuestra estancia ha sido magnifica, el apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades, es muy moderno, limpio, tranquilo y agradable.

Hemos disfrutado de unos días fantásticos. La casa es tal y como aparece en las fotos. Tiene una decoración muy bonita, estaba impecable y la terraza tiene unas vistas preciosas. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia súper cómoda. Es una zona súper tranquila y agradable. Asimismo, la piscina estaba en perfecto estado. Anna ha estado disponible en todo momento, ha sido muy amable con nosotros y nos ha dado recomendaciones locales muy útiles. Repetiremos seguro!

Nuestra estancia ha sido positiva. El alojamiento tiene una terraza muy grande donde hemos hecho vida. Muy tranquilo y sin ruidos. Tiene juegos para casa y también para la playa que hemos podido utilizar. Muy cerca de la playa y de servicios (restaurantes, tiendas, paseo...). Jose Miguel y su hija han sido muy amables. Tuvimos problema familiar y han sido muy flexibles con fechas y también horarios. La casa está muy bien acondicionada y limpia. Muchas gracias por todo

Un apartamento maravilloso!!! Ubicación inmejorable con vistas al mar y piscina en una playa muy tranquila. El apartamento tiene de todo a destacar una terraza cubierta donde comer viendo el mar y Alfonso súper amable nos indico muchos lugares donde ir y estuvo en todo momento pendiente de nosotros. Sin duda volveríamos de nuevo.

Mieszkanie było świetne – super czyste, nowocześnie urządzone i bardzo dobrze wyposażone, łącznie z rzeczami przydatnymi na plażę. Sprzęty i meble wysokiej jakości, wszystko dopracowane w każdym szczególe. Baseny na terenie obiektu czyste, z krystaliczną wodą – świetne doświadczenie. Gospodarz bardzo miły, uprzejmy, zaangażowany i w stałym kontakcie – czuć, że naprawdę zależy mu na komforcie gości. Zdecydowanie polecam i z przyjemnością wrócę w przyszłości!

Apartamento muy apañado y bien ubicado con aparcamiento, cerca de la playa, el paseo marítimo y el puerto. Zona con mucha vida. Cristina y su marido son extremadamente amables y cercanos. Un gusto tratar con ellos. Para repetir.

Mooi smaakvol ingericht appartement met het uitzicht als unique selling point. Heerlijk comfortabel bed, prima badkamer en goed uitgeruste keuken. Ruimtes precies zoals omschreven en op de foto's uit de advertentie. het aaprtement is centraal gelegen dicht bij het strand, met leuke beachbar Euforia, restaurants, winkels en de oude stadskern. Alles binnen loopafstand. De aanwezige strandstoelen en parasol waren een aangename verrassing. Communicatie met eigenaren Oliver en Silke verliep uitstekend. Ze meldden tijdig vooraf dat door uitgelopen onderhoudswerkzaamheden het zwembad niet beschikbaar was en boden een prima compensatie hiervoor aan. De host ter plaatse, Valentina, is geweldig. Heel vriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd snel reagerend op berichten. Ik kan iedereen het appartement van Oliver en Silke met Valentina als host aanbevelen. Je zult niet teleurgesteld worden.

Ich habe zwei Wochen in dem Apartment verbracht und es war wirklich schön! Insbesondere die kompakte Größe, der Innenhof und die vielseitige Ausstattung (Strandutensilien, Babystuhl, Nespresso-Maschine mit Kapseln etc.) haben den Aufenthalt sehr angenehmen gemacht. Ruben war außerordentlich hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und hat mir ein rundum gutes Gefühl gegeben. Die Unterkunft ist 3 min zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt und nahe an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Rozana und Cristobal sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Es gibt allerdings kein zweites Schlafzimmer sondern lediglich ein durch Vorhänge vom Wohn-Essbereich abgetrennten Bereich für eine Person. Für uns war das aber ok. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und das morgendliche Schwimmen im Meer genossen. Unterkunft ist ca. 30min. von Valencia entfernt. Sehr toll auch die Stände der lokalen Bauern auf dem Weg. Hier konnen wir erntefrisches Obst und Gemüse erstehen. Sehr schmackhaft. Danke nochmal Rozana und Cristobal. Wir kommen gern wieder!

We stayed for the weekend and could not recommend the place more. Antoni was extremely responsive and kindly brought us from nearby Gandia though there are busses. The place itself is beautiful. A really nicely designed space with all the amenities you need and perfect for getting away and having some downtime. The terrace is very large and again designed really nicely, it gets sun all day and has a BBQ, along with the spa room and jacuzzi. We intended on doing more exploring but the place was so nice we took advantage of sunny days and in the evening good food, the wine cellar service, jacuzzi and a movie. Will absolutely be coming back to stay again.

Heerlijk huis met prachtig verzorgde tuin en fijn zwembad. Mooi ingericht en het ademde rust uit. Heerlijke plek om te verblijven met ons gezin. Het zit niet op loopafstand van restaurants, maar die zijn met de auto binnen 10min te bereiken. De bedden zijn goed en het is er heel rustig.

Rodica hat schon vor unserem Aufenthalt Kontakt mit uns aufgenommen, uns über das Wetter informiert und uns schon vorab herzlich willkommen geheißen. Sie hat uns persönlich empfangen und uns alles Wichtige im Appartement gezeigt. Das Appartement befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus im Erdgeschoß, Rodica lebt mit ihrer Familie in den Stockwerken oberhalb. Die ganze Familie war außerordentlich nett und wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Rodica war bei Bedarf immer gut erreichbar. Wenn wir uns länger nicht gesehen haben, hat sie nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist, oder wir noch etwas brauchen. Das Appartement war sehr schön und gemütlich. Was uns besonders zusätzlich gefreut hat, war die Nähe zum wunderschönen Sandstrand. Wir hätten es noch einige Zeit länger bei Rodica ausgehalten und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We hebben een fantastische week gehad. Lea is super vriendelijk en helpt je heel graag. Het huis is brandschoon en wordt met veel liefde bijgehouden. Aan werkelijk alles is gedacht. Onze twee kleine kinderen (2 en 4) hebben heerlijk in het zwembad gespeeld. Wij hebben genoten van de rust. Aanrader: jardin de l’albarda, de zondagmarkt in Jesus Probe (heerlijke taartjes!) en met de auto zit je zo in Denia (los banos sunshine bar, makkelijk parkeren bij het strand en hier lekker lunchen of dineren) en Javea. Wij hebben heerlijk eten (gegrilde kip) afgehaald bij La Rostisseria (Denia, vooraf even bestellen). Vervolgens heb je meerdere heerlijke plekjes in de tuin om te dineren. Mocht je op een mooie plek elders willen dineren, ga naar Cala Clemence del Portixol (wij zijn gaan ontbijten ivm weinig parkeerplekken, reservering is alleen voor ontbijt niet nodig, anders wel!). Ga zo door!

Sehr schönes und komfortables Ferienhaus mit einem wunderbaren Pool Sehr sauber und für alle Eventualitäten ausgestattet. Unser Sohn hatte die Einliegerwohnung im Obergeschoß mit separaten Eingang für sich alleine. Gute Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück - durch Schiebetor gut abgesichert, allerdings verweigerte die Automatik für das Tor nach 1Woche den Dienst, also per Hand auf und zu machen. Außerdem verläuft vor dem Grundstück eine Straße die in der Woche doch häufig befahren wird , auch weil in unmittelbarer Nähe die Müllcontainer stehen. Der Strand ist in 15-20min fußläufig bequem zu erreichen . Die Costa Blanca bzw. die Strände in unmittelbarer Umgebung sind sauber und breit, so dass in der Hauptsaison genügend Platz für alle ist. Aldi, Lidl, Consum sind mit Auto in 5min erreichbar. Durch die zentrale Lage waren wir in 1 h in Valencia aber auch in Alicante, was ich nur jedem empfehlen kann. Sehenswert auch die umliegenden Städtchen wie Denia, Altea, Benidorm usw.

From the moment we arrived at Lucia's villa, our experience was absolutely excellent. Lucia is one of those rare hosts who truly makes you feel like family. If relaxation is what you're seeking, Lucia’s villa provides the perfect serene backdrop to forget your worries and relax. Honestly, if I could, I would give Lucia and her villa a sixth star. Excelente Lugar , recomendable para una pareja , muy cómodo . Lo mejor son las vistas al mar y a la ciudad de Altea . Hay que tener coche si deseas ir de compras y movilizarte . Lindas playas para ir caminando desde la propiedad .

Tina et Roger sont adorables, le logement est parfait. Avec une boîte à clefs et une place de parking juste devant la terrasse. Extrêmement propre et fonctionnel, il y a tout. Il est autant reposant que bien placé et proche (en voiture) de nombreux sites touristiques. L’accès à la piscine est un réel plus car elle est tranquille et la vue est imprenable. Nous reviendrons 🙏 Merci pour tout

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

You get what you see on the pictures. Really clean, view to the sea, great kitchen! Its a great place to stay and to de-city for a while. The (beautiful) beach is a 5-10 minute drive and really worth it. Communication is flawless and quick, exactly as it needs to be!

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Already looking forward to our next visit, missing the views already. Thank you xx

Han pasado unos días estupendos en este alojamiento, Rober y Gema fueron muy amables con ellos y pendientes en todo momento. Altamente recomendables.

Ein Glücksgriff. Sehr spontan mussten wir eine Unterkunft buchen und wenige Stunden später waren wir schon in Almudenas Wohnung. Direkt am Strand, toller Pool, viel Platz mit 3 SZ und 3 Bädern, großer Terrasse - für uns perfekt! Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind top und es war alles blitzeblank geputzt. Wer eine entspannte Woche abseits des Touristenrummels verbringen möchte, ist hier genau richtig!
