This place has an excellent location. Old Town Center, a minute's walk from the Plaza of the famous Church of Altea. Located on a quiet street at the highest point in Altea, it has incredible views, almost 360 degrees, with no neighbors next door. The house has everything you need, including everything for the beach. House cleaning done only with organic products! Child-friendly house! Pets are allowed as long as they don't climb on the furniture!!! We wish you an unforgettable vacation!

It is: - 6 minutes by car from Platja de la Fossa - 9 minutes by car from Platja Arenal-Bol and the city center - 6 minutes by car from Lidl, Mercadona, and Aldi - The closest beach, Playa de la Fustera, is 4 minutes by car or a 17-minute walk away. It is a semi-detached house with a private section of the garden. The other half of the garden belongs to our neighbor. The pool is shared between the two houses.
