Bar, restaurants, shopping, tennis, mini-golf, within 50 meters. 2 Bedrooms, one with glazed veranda, open concept kitchen, balcony. It has all modern comfort . Centralized A/C and heating, washing-machine, dishwasher, coffee-machine, micro-wave, oven, smart tv, etc. High speed Wifi. Private Parking if needed 40€ per reservation.

The building has a direct private access to the promenade of la Fossa beach. 2 minutes from the beach on foot Wi-Fi. 2km away from downtown Calpe. The building has common areas with garden, 3 pools and the service of a private concierge. Supermercados ( Mercadona and Consum) a 5-minute walk away. Calpe is a great place for cycling.
