Sandra was a wonderful host, from start to finish. The apartment was better than described in a great location and all within walking distance to Calp area. The view from the apartment overlooking the sea and Ifach was superb! Very clean and would certainly use this apartment again if in the Calpe region again. Thanks Sandra!

Apartment very close to a large beach. There are shops and restaurants nearby, the apartment is pleasant and well-equipped with two terraces.

You feel at home, it is comfortable and despite being surrounded by a lot of atmosphere, once you go up to the apartment you are isolated from noise, the air conditioning is great for those hot days, the location is great, you have the port and the fish market a stone's throw away and the beaches, depending on which one you like, there are several, small or large, also very close. Finally, a very good price for the quality of the accommodation.

Beautiful apartment very close to the beach / restaurants. Still quiet. Everything very clean. Jorge was very helpful and recommended some restaurants to us. Easy check in and out. We will be happy to come back. Highly recommend.

Had a fantastic stay in Inge’s apartment. Inge met us for check in and showed us around. The view from the lounge and balcony is amazing! Very comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

We were right at home. Very cozy apartment. It met the needs and expectations. Adela and her husband are charming and very kind. They were very helpful at all times.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my family, including our 6 month old, and it was wonderful. The pictures actually don't do it justice in terms of how incredible the view is from the living room and the balcony. Yana & Nil's were super responsive and made sure we checked in okay - navigating the car elevator was a fun added adventure and their instructions could not have been more detailed and easy to follow. Clean, spacious, well equipped kitchen, and great location near the beach and restaurants. Saving this one if we ever come back and stay in Altea again!

The stay in the house was very good. It perfectly matched the photos. The communication with the host was very agile and the location was excellent, a few meters from the entrance to the beach.

The house is even better than the pictures. It is right on the beach, and comes equipped with everything you need to have a super comfortable stay. The deal with Paula, a 10. We'll be back for sure.

Absolutely recommended!! Were immediately warmly welcomed and everything was explained. Super nice place where we immediately felt at home. Everything very clean and nicely designed. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. We even got tips on where to eat. Amenities were perfect. You have everything you need. The owner also got us snacks and drinks on arrival. We recently spent six wonderful days in a beautiful villa in Cullera, just half an hour's drive from Valencia. The villa is located in a quiet, neat neighborhood and is ideally located within walking distance of the beach. What is immediately striking is that the house looks brand new. Everything is neatly finished, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the interior is tastefully decorated. There is more than enough space for a family, both inside and outside. The spacious terrace especially invites you to eat outside and enjoy the Spanish sun. One of the big pluses was the beautiful private swimming pool, which our children really couldn't get out of. Also practical: you can just park the car in the driveway, which is nice in this neighborhood. Cullera itself also has plenty to offer. The beach is wonderfully wide and clean, and a visit to the castle is definitely worth it. In short: a wonderful place where we immediately felt at home and close to Valencia!

Thanks to Antonio for this listing! He welcomed us on our arrival and explained everything clearly. The beach is 100 meters away, you only have to cross the dune. The water is warm, and it's easy to find space to fit your parasol. The pool is very large, and not very busy, it's very pleasant after a day at the beach. The residence is very well maintained, clean and quiet. The accommodation is well-equipped, clean and functional. Air conditioning is a plus for a month of August in Oliva. Parking and the adjoining room are also welcome to park the car and store beach gear. We had a great time, and recommend this rental!

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

Victor was a great host who already contacted us before our trip and provided us with the most important information about arrival, keys, accommodation and information about the area. He was always quick to reach and responded directly to all inquiries. His apartment was as described and shown in the photos. Small sufficient kitchen with direct hatch to the living/dining room, beautiful balcony and good roof terrace and good bedrooms. The complex around it is good, with lots of greenery, pool and direct access to the sea We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a very good time at the apartment. We are very satisfied and would love to come back.

Lovely apartment on the sea front in Altea. Stunning views of the sea and beach area. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was decorated beautifully. The balcony was large so we felt we had plenty of room. The location is great, a couple of mins walk to the team and less than 10 mins to the pretty old town. There is parking all along the beach front, you can't guarantee a space right away but we usually found one within a few mins.

Service, cleanliness, quality of equipment and incredible view! Everything was there to spend an exceptional stay. Thank you also for your flexibility 🙂 We will be back!

Everything's perfect. David and Marina were super attentive, flexible and kind. They left us the crib and high chair for the baby, they were very understanding with the departure time and they welcomed us with a bottle of wine. Upon arrival, we had a small problem with the shower, but they were very diligent. We will definitely be back!
