Wonderful. The stay was great. Very well-kept and quiet pools, quiet area, the cove is a sight to see. The house is great, with all the amenities and unbeatable views. We will definitely return and recommend it.

Very good accommodation with everything necessary. Close to the beach, pool open all year round. Magnificent terrace. With parking space. The only glue that the spa area was not open.

Wonderful stay. The house is comfortable, it has everything you need to spend wonderful vacation days. Fully equipped, nothing is missing, comfortable bed and everything super clean and insect-free. I can all abbreviate in a word "excellence"Olga very attentive with everything and Tania who handed over the keys, always predisposed to the organization of us for entry and exit. The cleanliness of the place has to be highlighted, impeccable as it is difficult to meet such a place. They have a good team. The place is close to the beach you can walk, you have a supermarket very close. The place is perfect to disconnect a few days and have a great time.

It was a fantastic stay right close to the town of Parcent and many biking trails right outside the door. The grounds were large and beautifully kept, the home was lovely and very comfortable. We would stay here again. L’Era restaurant, walking distance had some of the best wood fired Paella we have had in Spain. Locals were friendly and a excellent bike bar/rentals in town, as well as a bakery to walk to in the mornings.

We loved the Villa! As a party of four adults and two toddlers the villa was almost completely ideal. No stairs, play equipment, pool, lots of space to look for dragons (supervised). The pool has a large shallow step for the kids to play, the sun loungers were really comfy and there’s a outside bathroom so you don’t need to get water all over the living room floor to go to the bathroom. Plenty of parking. The villa was immaculately clean and well furnished. Plenty of storage space. The bedrooms had great shutters to make it really dark. The host was incredibly quick at responding as well and shorting out any issues. The dishwasher got blocked and it was fixed within 12hrs! Unfortunately the Hottub was not working (the host was unaware of this). He again there was someone coming to look at it almost immediately. They couldn’t get the part in time for our stay but the host compensated us. He provided a really helpful video to find the place. In essence it was almost perfect

We had an excellent stay in Calpe, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed, the location is perfect, with several shops and restaurants, pool and beach right in front. Alexander is a very nice, friendly, hospitable and helpful host, he was always available offering help at all times in case we needed anything, very flexible with check-in as we had a small problem with renting a car. We would definitely be happy to repeat our vacation in Alexander's apartment in the future, totally recommendable Calpe and Alexander as a Host (5 stars). We feel at home. Thank you 🤗🤗 very much Alexander for everything. 😊

Fabulous accommodation, very quiet and family area, and 3 minutes from the beach on foot. The pool in the great development too. The host was very attentive and always made sure we were well, and gave us many recommendations for places in the area. We will definitely repeat when we come back in the area.

Vincent is a very responsive and nice host! He welcomed us to his place and explained everything. He was always easy to get in touch with during our stay. The house is just like the pictures, located in very cute neighborhood. The house is very well equipped.

Thank you very much, Clotilde, for a wonderful stay and your great hospitality. We arrived a little late and were greeted with a large fruit basket. The apartment was perfect, and contains everything you need for a successful holiday. The terrace with the beautiful view is absolutely beautiful and is a nice place to drink your morning coffee. Right below the apartment there is a nice beach promenade that takes you into the city. Altea has many good restaurants and the old town is really charming. On the last day, we had a late return flight to Norway and were able to borrow the apartment for free for a few extra hours. I'd love to come back to Clotilde's cozy apartment.

The place was just great! It looked even more beautiful than in the pictures. Everything was prepared and clean upon our arrival. The pool and outdoor kitchen are a real highlight. The sea can be reached in 2 minutes, and there are numerous good restaurants on the promenade. Malin's housekeeper was always available and had good tips for the area. Perfect for groups, each bedroom has its own bathroom. We felt right at home.

Good communication with owner. The house had everything that required a vacation stay, it was nice, neat and clean. The pool was very good and you can bathe at night if the heat of you dates requires it.Good option for a vacation on a nice beach.

Fantastic Villa and amazing location. Lovely host. Was so helpful and flexible. Very close to the tram, so easy access to Altea old town and surrounding areas. Beautiful location with amazing views. Perfect.

This apartments location is amazing right on the beach ( you can fall asleep at night to the sound of the waves) Couple of bars /restaurants short walk great safe car parking if you are looking for peace and quiet this is the place We will return 👍

We stayed in Altea for a week by car and experienced something new every day. The apartment is quietly located and the neighbors in the house very friendly. In the apartment we worked and vacationed, which is why we spent a lot of time in the apartment. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Everything was very clean. The view from the balcony is really amazing and we will miss it very much.

Marina is a super helpful and friendly host, and her home is just spectacular. We could define it as a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. And often balcony! At the most privileged site in Altea. The house inside is very cozy, with a high ceiling living room with large windows that, in addition to a common area, connects the different rooms of the house. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Ideal for preparing a dinner in good company. Or just, if you do it with a good wine. Everything is very spacious and decorated with simplicity and a lot of care. We loved the artwork! Although the real picture of the house is the framed view of the outside, with the infinity pool that merges with the sea in the distance. Just amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay at La cometa , Karine was a super host extremely responsive , we had no issues at all , everything was very clear and Karine checked all was ok which it was. Area we know very well , it’s a fabulous location with lots of culinary options , bars , lovely shops , supermarkets etc . The villa was very clean , a lovely large pool , views from allover the villa . Roof terrace beautiful, bbq area perfect thouroughly enjoyed the outside kitchen . Boules area and pool toys , very equipt for young children , ours are grown up teenagers and they enjoyed it . Garden and plants gorgeous has a lovely feel . Pool man comes twice a week no issue for us , we were home each time , he is very pleasant . We didn’t really watch tv as it was super hot July and no need for it , spent most of the two weeks in the pool allday ! . We would definitely book the villa again lovely lovely find! A beautiful villa with 3 full double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Spacious garden with several seats, one is covered. Excellent swimming pool and spacious views, because it is located high up. Many amenities just a short drive away. However, provide a - by the way very sweet - cat, this was not included in the description.
