Thank you so much for your kindness The apartment is perfectly located, close to the sea and to the city, calm too It is also perfectly equipped and clean Maybe the design of bathroom and kitchen could be more modern The only problem is the sound with the apartment of above where the owner lives, we can hear absolutely everything happening : child running right from the morning, noises in general and even dog if left alone and voices sometimes The house may be not soundproof between the 2 floors ….

Paulina is a five star host, and a lovely lady. Communication with her was easy from the first enquiry through to the goodbyes after a three-month stay. She always replied promptly, and was always ready to assist in any way she could. All the the rooms in the apartment are spacious, and furnished and equipped with everything you might need even during a long stay. The balcony has a sunny aspect, and a great view of the swimming pool and the sea beyond. The WiFi is fast and reliable, we never ran out of (very) hot water, and during the three months there was very little noise from the neighbours, and generally it was quiet and peaceful. The complex is well maintained and kept clean and tidy at all times. The 20+ m pool is great for swimming and there are plenty of sunbeds and space around the pool. The location could not be better; this is our favourite area in Tenerife. We really enjoyed our stay, and I hope to return soon. Muchísimas gracias por todo Paulina 😘

Hi there, Thank you for the amazing holiday in your apartment! Everything was great — very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, the balcony view was fantastic, and we truly felt at home. We accidentally left some documents behind when we moved to our next destination, but Rita immediately let us know and made sure we got them back quickly. The accommodation was ideal for the trip to Tenerife. The hosts always responded quickly to questions and made the stay very pleasant. The apartment matches the pictures and the pool was also very clean!
