Our apartment is very modern, newly refurbished to high standards, located in a very central yet quiet position in the Paraiso Royal residential complex in the well-known area of Playa de Las Americas. We have just added A/C in 2024. Just be aware the A/C is installed with a sensor and will start only if the living room door is completely closed. Our apartment has everything you need to feel at home away from home - a large bedroom, with a smart UHD TV with international channels, a nice and cosy living room with a sofa and another UHD TV with international channels and a workspace for those who cannot leave work behind, a fully equipped kitchen, fully equipped bathroom and large terrace with two sunbeds. We recently installed an A/C unit in the hallway to serve the entire apartment. The apartment has an alarm system for your safety. Demonstration on how to arm and disarm the alarm will be shown at check-in. Our guests will have private and unlimited access to the entire apartment and its amenities. Please note that we are looking for kind, respectful guests who will treat our home as if it were their own. If you are in Tenerife to just party and get wild, then please refrain from making a reservation with us.

The apartment is spacious, measuring 60 m2 and consisting of a living room, kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed. A comfortable sofa bed is also available in the living room to increase the number of guests. An extra single bed can be rented. This unique apartment is ideal for enjoying and relaxing during your vacation. It is located in a quiet area, just 2 minutes from downtown Los Cristianos, the Port of Los Cristianos, and the surrounding beaches. In the area, you'll find several shops, cafes, and restaurants, as well as the promenade for a relaxing stroll, visiting the various beaches, or going for a workout. The apartment is fully equipped with a SMART TV, Wi-Fi, a coffee maker, kettle, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, portable fans, bath and beach towels, and a hairdryer. It has a large balcony with a table and chairs where you can eat, relax, sunbathe, read, and enjoy the views with your partner, family, or friends. If you have children or babies, please let us know in advance in case a crib or high chair is needed. These have a small additional charge and are subject to availability.
