This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Beautiful open space, sea view and swimming pool in the heart of Las Americas, convenient to all amenities, fifty meters from the beach. It's not necessary to rent a car as you can easily access everything on foot. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, hairdryer. Our home is in Andorra residence, in the heart of Las Americas, steps away from the golden mile - 2 min to Hard Rock Cafe, Safari center with shops and restaurants. It is also easy to reach Los Cristianos walking, just 6-7 min to Playa de las Vistas or 10 min minutes to San Telmo area known for the abundance of nice restaurants. Needless to say close to shops, restaurants and bars. It is newly renovated (2021), has one bedroom and only 5 minutes walking from lovely Playa del Camison .
