Monthly Rentals in Playa de Punta Umbría

A wonderful spacious quiet home from home, with a lovely gated garden. we arrived off season which is anytime before mid June so the pool wasn't accessible. We had a wonderful time ate every evening in the garden watching the birds and later bats flying about. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. for example a bottle of olive oil which was great. it's about 15 mins walk to the bus station but at certain times of the day the bus stops near the house. we would definitely stay again.

I had an excellent stay at Ana’s apartment. It was spotless, beautifully furnished, and located in a great area, close to restaurants, bars, and just an 8-minute walk to the beach. Ana’s communication was perfect throughout. Highly recommended!

Alvaro's apartment has all the mod cons you might need. It's very spacious, modern, beautifully designed and well equipped. Everything is brand new and the place is in pristine condition. The location is superb as its on the main street with all the shops and restaurants but the windows come out onto a courtyard so you have the peace and quiet at night. 10 mins walk from the beach. Alvaro is a very a very attentive host. Fully recommend.

Starting with the floor, it was incredibly clean and tidy, cared for every detail, it has all the necessary kitchen and toilet instruments. The location is excellent, central but quiet and quiet. It has an elevator that is appreciated for being a third floor. Marina, she is very kind at all times. She was aware that we were at home, she recommended many incredible places. As a recommendation, because going on vacation is something insignificant, I would say to put on a somewhat wider TV. But it's just a tip, it's all great. Thank you for everything, we will repeat!
