Muy buen lugar, tranquilo y muy amable el anfitrión súper recomendado

UBICACION BIEN SI NO QUIERES MUCHO RUIDO, NO ESTA TAN LENOS DE LA 5AV. HAY REGLAS DE CONVIVENCIA, SOLO HAY FUGA DE LA REGADERA Y SE MOJA TODO EL PISO DEL BAÑO QUE TUVE UN PEQUEÑO ACCIDENTE QUE NO PASO A MAYORES, COSTO- ESTANCIA DIRIA QUE BIEN NO EXCELENTE, LAS FOTOS SIEMPRE HACEN MAGIA AUNQUE EL LUGAR NO ESTA MAL SOLO LAS FOTOS LO HACEN VER MAS BONITO.

Great place to stay. A few minor problems during my 4 month stay and Laura responded in under an hour. Usually in under 5 minutes. She was excellent in every aspect. Had a great stay and will recommend it to anyone considering booking with Laura

This Airbnb was the perfect cozy studio for my month in Playa del Carmen. The beds were so comfortable, the pool was awesome, and the hosts were truly incredible in every way. It is a bit further from the center but not too far, and walking up CTM is a breeze! The free coffee and breakfast was lovely as well.

Excelente ubicación y muy cómodo y bonito.

This was our first time travelling with two little kids (4 and 1). This location was great as it had a pool, elevator for our stroller, and was a core floor so no stairs. We easily could go to the pool with our stroller and walk to the beach. We also walked to the grocery store and made food in the condo. We loved our stay!

Perfect! We loved every minute we were here. We felt right at home. There is plenty of space to spread out and relax. The bed was extremely comfortable and the couch comfy to curl up at night and relax. The whole apartment was spotless! We loved the view of the pool from the balcony and the penthouse roof! Lots of hot water and a fully functioning kitchen. The washer and dryer were a fantastic addition. Would recommend this location for anyone who was space and comforts of home, but still close to 5th Avenue (right outside) and the beach (a few minutes walk.) The pool was also great!

Place is very nice and very spacious. Great wrap around patio and rooftop spaces. Right on 5th so its entertaining - a bit noisy at night till around 3am but anyone who visits playa should know the closer you are the action that some noise comes with the territory. Simona is helpful and communicative. Place is great and would stay again.

la casa está espectacular...cada detalle cada rincón, es muy amplia y bella en cada de sus espacios, es limpia, grande, hermosa y la verdad con todo muy cerca!! estaríamos encantados de volver!! doblemente recomendada!!!

Quiet location close to restaurants bars, shops and cafes. Memo our property manager was very nice and helpful. We shared the apartment between 3 people and it was very comfortable. The terrace and jacuzzi has a very nice view to take in sunsets.

Excelente para una corta estancia. Tiene una ubicación céntrica, a unos pasos de la quinta avenida y de antros y restaurantes, por lo que es cierto que escucharás el ruido de la vida nocturna. Las instalaciones son buenas y es una gran opción por el precio que pagas

Un buen lugar si quieres estar cerca de la zona de vida nocturna en playa, eso si, el sonido inicia 7 y termina en la madrugada. Una buena experiencia y volvería a reservar con ellos.

Muy buen lugar, cerca de la 5ta avenida, dos centrales ADO la playa, antros y bares increíbles. Siempre atendieron mis mensajes e incluso me apoyaron al agendar otra noche que no se había agendado debidamente. 10/10.
