Condo holiday rentals in Playa Flamingo

Not much to add beyond the countless rave reviews here. The restorative and serene view and location is obviously the best quality, but the condo itself is comfortable and offers all the comforts of home as well. We loved the empty beach, the sound of the surf, and the cackle of the tropical birds. If you want crowds and traffic jams, head to Tamarindo. If you yearn for quiet and a vintage Costan Rican experience, I recommend without hesitation.

This was a fantastic spot! Very spacious, clean and had a lovely pool. A short walk to the beach and a quick walk or drive to excellent restaurants. It was so nice to wake up and listen to the beautiful birds singing. Joshua was an excellent host, very helpful and responsive! Thanks again for a beautiful stay!

Ron’s condo was exactly what we were hoping it would be - relaxing, quiet and in close proximity to all the amenities we were looking for. We ventured out to Playa Flamingo and Playa Prieta (absolutely stunning and secluded) and although both were beautiful, the beach right out front of the condo remained our favorite. Ron was a fantastic host and the permanent residents at the condos were welcoming and friendly. Oh and the air conditioning is fantastic.

Absolutely loved this place! Very nice and cozy apartment with a superb location near restaurants and only 500 meters from the beach! I will definitely be staying there again!!!

Apartamento bastante completo y con todo lo necesario, grande, limpio y espacioso. Yanis respondía bastante rápido aunque quedó 1 pregunta sin responder que nos dijo iba a investigar y no se nos solucionó el problema reportado del TV de la sala, pero es algo mínimo. Cuenta con parqueo para los autos pero no es cerrado, quedan a la orilla de la carretera. Recomendado, mas por su ubicación, siendo fácil para movilirase a otras playas.

Absolutely loved our stay. Renee arrived just as we were working on getting in to the unit and helped us settle in. She also gave us a local contact who was a HUGE help in arranging tours and rental car. Loved the truly “local” restaurant Estero Azul that she recommended. She was also helpful in explaining water issues the municipality had briefly during our stay. The location is private and quiet, but many restaurants, activities and a grocery store in easy walking distance made it easy to enjoy without a rental car. Comfortable space for 4 people, and the semi private beach right behind the unit was a huge bonus. Highly recommend the host and the location!

Absolutely loved staying here while visiting Tamarindo for a few days! The space was so lovely and spacious and in the most perfect location. You could walk to everything within 5-10 minutes.

Fantastic stay, the best complex in Tamarindo area by far! Very comfortable bedding also, which js not the standard in many places here! Highly recommend!

Words can't describe how awesome Laura and Melissa are! Before we even our started our trip to Coasta Rica they both greeted us and explained instructions very clearly. Upon arrival, Laura promptly gave us a walk through on the property's amenities. Not one item within the property felt like it was unnecessarily placed, everything does its part to add to the beautiful esthetics of the home. If you're a coffee or tea in the morning I'll highly suggest have a cup in the morning and taking in the view from the balcony. From a comfort perspective, the a/c and hot water works great. Also, During our stay, Melissa helped organize a boat tour for us that was a blast. I could go on and on about the beauty of this place but I'll leave my review with this, if you ever find youself in the Playa del Coco area looking for a place to stay I highly recommend choosing this location as a way to supplement the memories you're going to make while visiting this beautiful country.

Fantastic stay at this condo. For two people the condo is large but if you could swing it financially, do it. The extra room was great to have. Kitchen was complete. Anything you need was there. Bedrooms were big with their own bathrooms. Definitely would recommend this condo. I’ll be back. Tony

Muy buena atención x por parte del anfitrión. Muchos utensilios de cocina, y ofrece suministros y regalías que en otros hospedajes donde me he alojado no lo dan. Aseo impecable, y el lugar muy tranquilo, muy cerca del centro de tamarindo.

Estadía muy linda, el anfitrión siempre amable y atento. Tenía todo lo que buscábamos y mucha comodidad. Super recomendábamos.

Nos encantó este lugar, cumplió todas nuestras expectativas. Se nota el amor al diseñar cada espacio del lugar con todos los detalles que colocan, se siente uno como en casa. Hermosas las 2 terrazas, frontal y trasera. Y la piscina increíble. Super cerca del centro y de la playa, pudimos ir y venir caminando. Mi esposo, mi hijo, mi perrito y yo nos fuimos muy felices, deseando regresar algún día.

El alojamiento de Francisco es una excelente opción para explorar Playas del coco y sus alrededores. El condominio donde se ubica está muy bien cuidado, con una vegetación muy refrescante y ardillas que llegan a visitar 🙂 la piscina está aseada. El apartamento es cómodo , con todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones y el internet funciona perfectamente si necesitas trabajar . Espero volver a hospedarme acá en el futuro .

Lucio’s place was definitely one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in! The views are absolutely breathtaking, the home was spotless, and Lucio was the most accommodating host we’ve ever had. He had so many wonderful recommendations, he helped us get settled in, and he even took us to the grocery store that first night there. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again. If you’re on the fence about a place to stay, this is definitely the best choice in Tamarindo!

Casa muito boa, com ótima piscina e perto dos restaurantes. Única coisa negativa é o acesso por carro. Valeu muito a hospedagem, a flexibilidade do check in e check out e a limpeza da casa!

Patrick provided a fantastic stay and experience. His communication was excellent. The location is ideal, and the space is comforting. I stayed for approximately two weeks, worked daily with multiple video calls each day, and never had an issue. Wifi streamed regularly at about 200 MB down. I've stayed in Pacifico frequently, and this is one of the better units. Highly recommend.

This place is perfect! It’s located in a perfect part of Tamarindo just off the main road so it’s nice and quiet at night but steps away from the main attractions. The condo is clean and well kept and had everything we needed. Audra was very attentive and helped us out within minutes of contacting her. The grounds are well kept and the pool area is perfect. I couldn’t recommend this place more! 10/10.

Our family enjoyed staying here. Our two young daughters shared a room and really enjoyed the pool and the beach toys that were available in the house. My wife and I appreciated all of the detail that Grant left regarding the home and the surrounding area. He added personal touches by sharing his favorite locations and the reasons for them. The condo is conveniently located right in front of one of the pools. The beach is an eight minute walk away. If you don’t want to walk, you can drive there and park for a small fee. We recommend this place for any families wanting to visit.

The apartment is as shown on the pictures. The terrace is spacious and has a great view of the bay. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking your own food, but there are many restaurant options around, including the Villas Sol hotel itself which has an all inclusive option if you like it. If it's your first time here, don't listen to the Condovac salesmen at the beach entrance, waste of your time whatever they offer. Thankfully they're not insisting if you dismiss them.

Our Family had a wonderful stay at Estella Del Mar! The condo is beautiful and spacious. Two families can easily enjoy this space with enough room for everyone. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony, the pool and private beach. We walked to Nita’s coffee shop every morning for coffee and breakfast. We also enjoyed walking to Hemmingway’s for dinner and sunset. Flamingo Beaxh and Playa Conchal are a short golf cart ride away. This condo is the perfect spot for your vacation.

This Airbnb in Las Catalinas was beyond our expectations! The flat is the perfect size for 2 people and has a great, relaxing vacation vibe! We spent time on the unit’s 2 patios and dipped into the plunge pool before starting our day and at the end of a long day. The bedroom has plenty of storage and the bathroom is a great size with a nice walk-in shower. The kitchen is super functional! There are plenty of nice quality bowls, pans and utensils that make whipping up breakfast or a snack a breeze. You could easily fix dinner, but being on vacation I’m all about trying out the local food of which there are plenty of delicious options. You can’t go wrong with booking this flat!
