Monthly Rentals in Playa Langosta

Melissa's place is a place I recommend to anyone who likes the proximity to the beach, tranquility, privacy and security. The place definitely met my expectations and the amenities of the condominium with excellent maintenance and the very friendly people. Melissa's customer service and treatment was impeccable. It became my favorite place every time I go to Guanacaste ☺️

Al’s place was nice, in a quiet location as expected with the beach just a minutes walk away. The kitchen was useful. The grounds were great for iguana spotting and one night we saw howler monkeys in the trees! The pool was a little green around the grouting which made me hesitate to go underwater but nonetheless very refreshing. The pool is shared as described, but directly outside the other apartment which at times makes you feel like you’re encroaching on someone else’s area. We were lucky as the other guests were very peaceful too. The place maybe needs a bit of attention in terms of window security, nets, and overall upkeep but the air-con was spot on and bathroom had left over niceties. However, I did always feel safe and not as many mosquitos as I anticipated which was a welcome surprise. Amazing walk along the beach or road with cafes/restaurants to explore. Despite the improvements suggested, the stay was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our time exploring Tamarindo.

David's place is the perfect spot to stay in Tamarindo area. Langosta is a 15 minute walk to over 100 restaurants, shops and entertainment. in Langosta there are some great restaurants and the sunsets are second to none. David's unit is perfect, great location, great pool views, all the amenities you need, awesome grilling stations, comfy beds, home away from home, you won't be disappointed staying here, Pura Vida!

Fantastic stay, the best complex in Tamarindo area by far! Very comfortable bedding also, which js not the standard in many places here! Highly recommend!
