Thank you so much for your kindness The apartment is perfectly located, close to the sea and to the city, calm too It is also perfectly equipped and clean Maybe the design of bathroom and kitchen could be more modern The only problem is the sound with the apartment of above where the owner lives, we can hear absolutely everything happening : child running right from the morning, noises in general and even dog if left alone and voices sometimes The house may be not soundproof between the 2 floors ….

The apartment was beautiful, just like in the photos. Lovely pool and a nice garden downstairs. Close to Adeje. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we even received a bottle of wine as a gift. The only negative comment is that in the evenings, there wasn't always enough hot water for four people. The host provided very accurate and detailed instructions. All in all It was an amazing holiday for us! 🌊🌴

very well equipped apartment, very clean, with amazing views. Parking space is an undeniable bonus. The location makes it easy to radiate all over the island. We had a pleasant stay. Although the van was quite old and a bit noisy, it did its job very well and we managed to get around the whole island without a hitch. Andrei was very kind and helpful. We recommend it for an authentic adventure in Tenerife!

We cannot recommend this apartment enough it is very equipped, everything you need and very comfortable. The owners are amazing, nothing is too much trouble, and they are very friendly and helpful. The water, fruit, wine and beer were a wonderful touch!! We will definitely be returning!!

The best villa I have seen. The amount of space both inside and outside the villa meant that even as a family of 6 we had more than enough space for all of us. Having a private pool inside the villa as well as a communal pool was perfect as you have privacy when you want it, and can socialise when you feel like it also. The pools were all warm. The villa is walking distance to the beach, loads of restaurants, bars, even gyms and shopping centres. The villa is in a very peaceful location and you couldn’t hear the noise of bars etc in the evening. Every detail has been thought of in this villa, even down to wireless phone chargers and the TV having Disney plus, Netflix etc all free to use. We each had our own bathroom and shower as there is one with every room. The villa is truly stunning and incredibly high standard. The host Juan is so friendly and helpful, incredibly responsive and goes the extra mile for you. We are already looking at dates we can come back this year. Thank you Juan!

Very nice apartment, just as promised also not far from the beach and very tasty restaurants within reach ("Bar Restaurante Francis II" and "Joy Heladería" absolute recommendation from us!). Everything important was already available on site and at check-in we were also very lovingly surprised with a welcome gift. Would definitely recommend!

Appartment was clean and equipped. Building and paid parking have private security 24/7. Location is very good because you can easily reach any part of island. Place is for every recommendation.

A nice place to stay your holidays

The apartment had everything you need to be comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy. Communication was easy, as well as arrival and departure. The area is full of different restaurants, supermarkets and even a shopping mall. Definitely recommend!

The accommodation was perfect for us as a couple. The garden out to the sea is beautiful and you have your peace. The apartment is well equipped if you want to cook yourself and you have everything you need. The Internet is fast enough for work and everything is very clean. Communication with the host is great. Giorgio was very helpful from the start of our booking, very quick to respond to any questions. Upon arrival Giorgio was ready for us and had arranged our secure parking onsite. The apartment very easy to access via stairs and a lift and was spotless through out and had everything you could need and more. The balcony was the icing on the cake along with the sunsets which were amazing. The location is ideal, we found it easy to venture further a field when we wanted and also enjoyed our sunset walks along the seafront. Shops close by stock everything you may need and are very reasonable. Thank you Giorgio 🤩

The host was very friendly and responsive. The answers were quick. Also, the accommodation 100% matched the expectation, and the view from the balcony in the evening is just beautiful. There are also good restaurants nearby and a great area for evening walks along the ocean.

Sarkas place in Tenerife could not have been more perfect. Communication was amazing as was the location and views from the window. Should you ever decide to visit this area I would highly recommend this residence
