Monthly Rentals in Playa Potrero, Costa Rica

Ample parking, private security, excellent maintenance of the green areas, common areas and the apartment is all very new. Excellent attention from Michelle.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay! The place was well kept and incredibly clean. The kitchen had everything to be able to make breakfasts before we went out for the day. But if you are not in the mood for that I highly recommend Nita’s coffee right next door to the condo on 911. (There is a little trail to the left of the building). The best meal we had in Potrero was at ‘Reparito house’. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! All around great service, drinks, food, and desserts. (I’m still thinking of the tres leche cake). The best traditional Costa Rican food was at ‘Restaurants Arenas’ just a block from the condo. Swim at playa Potrero but don’t miss the walk up the beach to Las Brisas for a chili guarro shot and the swim at playa la pencha. The sunset catamaran tour with lazy lizard is worth every dollar. We felt incredibly safe our whole time here. We even saw monkeys napping in the trees above the parking area our last day. You better book this place right now before I do again.

1st I want to say that Jennifer came through for me and my family when we received a message that our other accommodations were not going to work out at the last minute. She was kind and a God send. The place is newly renovated and was very clean. We had beach towels and bath towels and the kitchen had everything you could need. The beach was steps away and the local restaurants are close enough that you can walk. The mattresses were great. I’ve stayed in places that the mattresses were horrible. They had extra blankets and pillows. The bathrooms are nice too. The ONLY downside is there is no pool on the property. You can go to a local restaurant and swim that’s pretty close. My kids are all older so the beach was good for them. They also have TVs that have Netflix and Prime. We didn’t know that they also rent golf carts. They were responsive if we needed anything. Once again, Jennifer and Chip, I can’t thank you enough for stepping up and saving our trip. We highly recommend

We appreciated Lyndsey’s hosting and her place! It was absolutely beautiful, and she made us feel welcome and at home! If you’re heading to Costa Rica, we definitely recommend this unique spot!
