Precioso departamento NUEVO de una recamara con amenidades en ambiente muy seguro y tranquilo frente a la plaza monumental y a 5 minutos caminando del malecón y la playa. Buenas comodidades, WiFi, Amazon Prime, vista al mar desde el balcón. A distancia caminable de variedad de restaurantes, bares, cafés, cine, super mercados y todo lo que necesitas. Transporte público disponible a unos metros. A unos 10 minutos de zona centro y a menos de 15 minutos de Rosarito por carretera cuota (muy cercana)

NO PARKING INSIDE THE PROPERY. You can move easily by public transport, Uber or walking in the area. Independent entrance, located at the back of the house, well lit , 4 blocks from the beach. Everyone is welcome regardless of their origin, culture, religion, orientation, etc. Less than 500 meters from the beach, the house is in a good location and has basic services. Private and safe studio close to the beach

Air conditioned, street level attached studio with a full kitchen and dedicated entrance. The studio is actually close to the beach, it takes about a minute to walk there. Located close to coffee shops, bars, and restaurants near the south end of the boardwalk. This place is attached to a house also on Airbnb with it's separate entrance and no shared areas.
