Beachfront holiday rental in Playas de Vera

Good apartment for it's price (at least for the beginning of November): perfect location near the sea and restaurants, flat is well equipped. Make sure that you asked about boiler (takes some tome to be hot), about fridge, about heat (it was cold in November nights). Javier is a very responsive host - if you need anything (it's even better to do that in advance) ask Javier.

I can only have good words for this accommodation and for Miguel (and his sister☺️ for welcoming us as a family). Our stay was perfect. If you needed anything, you found it in the apartment. I have never stayed anywhere like this, with so much detail and care, you can tell that you are not just another guest ♥️ The location is perfect and having a coffee on its terrace is priceless. Carmen is a lovely host, she was always on the lookout for us. On the day of the entrance we were quite late, however it was on us until 2am to open the garage door. A very pleasant experience! Excellent!

Simple, functional furnishings with a beautiful terrace and beautiful views. Very good internet. Garage was available directly on the property. The disadvantage was, the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Host was always available for info. Mojácar is a beautiful Spanish village. the beaches are wonderfully maintained and land to linger and walk in. Absolutely recommended with great value for money.

This is a neat and tidy 1 bed accommodation with a large roof terrace which is amazing depending on if and who is using the adjoining property then privacy can be an issue for some. The pool is amazing and it’s in a great location with shops bars and restaurants( of which there is a wide range)all within a short walking distance and Garrucha town is just a Km walk along a lovely promenade where are more seafood restaurants and the excellent Mercadona Supermarket. Adrian is an exceptional host he responds very quickly to any issues that may arise and his advice and recommendations are spot on. Overall a very pleasant stay.

A complete success. The spectacular house with one of the best views in Mojacar. Close enough to everything, but at the same time in the right distance to be a quiet area to rest in. Estela helps us at all times with incredible speed. There is everything you need in the house and in addition the area has absolutely everything to spend an ideal family vacation.

The apartment is ideal for two people. It is very well equipped, it lacks nothing. The terrace is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings, and although the jacuzzi had cold water, it was still an unbeatable experience. The area is quiet, with bars and restaurants nearby, which makes it very comfortable. Luigi was a very attentive host at all times. We would repeat without hesitation!

Francisco proved to be a great host, helpful and his explanations were clear and exhaustive. Key pick-up was really quick and easy. The place was clean and the location is close to the beach. The property's indoor pool is very nice, a great place to relax in case of strong wind. I highly recommend the place.

A perfect location within a very short walk of the beach, shops, supermarket, good restaurants and bars. Villa is well stocked and very child friendly with plenty of pool toys. Pool is a good size, warmed up nicely and very well maintained as we saw pool maintenance a number of times. Villa is clean, with plenty of space for a family or 2 and I can confirm the mattress to the master was great. We didn’t spend time in the villa in the evenings but it was well set up for sociable gatherings if you were sharing the space with friends/another family. Really enjoyable stay at a villa that caters for almost any type of guests in a location that has so much close by, yet is quiet and despite being overlooked by some apartments felt very private as barely saw a person. Looking forward to our return next year!

This is a really lovely Airbnb in a great Spanish fishing town. Both the apartment and Garrucha have loads of charm. The owners were great and communication was really easy. They had everything we needed for our baby too. The facilities in the complex are great too!

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful urbanisation in a beautiful area. If you’re looking for a short stay with all mod cons and an lovely host, this is the perfect location. And once you there, you will want to stay longer. The apartment has everything including equipment for trips to the beach, five minutes walk away. Shops and restaurants are less than 5 minutes in the other (textile) direction. The pool area is fantastic including the indoor pool; there are plenty of sunbeds. Myriam’s fully equipped two terraces ensure that you can catch or avoid the sun at any time of day. Despite 30+ degrees the ceiling fans provided enough air to maintain comfort. Aircon is also available in all rooms. The kitchen has everything you’ll need on your stay here. All in all a perfect holiday apartment. Bravo Myriam.

A clean apartment, in a good location and with everything you need for a family vacation. The terrace with the jacuzzi is amazing. The community pool is large and with warm water, it is great for children. The beach is very close and there are shops and restaurants very close. It was great to be able to put the car in the underground parking, the space is very large and is in front of the entrance door. The only thing to take into account is that it is not accessible as it has stairs to access everything, but we were so comfortable that we didn't care. Definitely a place to go back to. Fantastic apartment in a great location, just a few minutes from the seafront. Apartment was so comfortable for our one month stay. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. The terrace is so lovely with a beautiful view to the sea! There are great restaurants and bars a few minutes walk away but the complex is nice and quiet and the residents are lovely. Bárbara is the best host we ever had! She supplied so much information before we arrived and she waited to meet us even though we had a late arrival time. All through our stay she provided great advice on places to go and if we said we were going to visit a particular place she recommended great restaurants! They were all fantastic! I feel like I’ve made a new friend in Bárbara ❤️ This apartment is ideal for visiting Mojácar. Great location and very comfortable. You will be spoiled for choice for music, there were so many great bands playing, and lovely restaurants. Highly recommend! Enjoy!

Francisco’s place is located in a very nice urbanization with an enormous swimming pool! It is also close to the beach! Francisco is a wonderful host, always available to answer questions and give suggestions on things to do in the area. The inside of the apartment is decorated with taste and is very comfortable. The air conditioning was definitely a plus!

Amaya's house is a 10, beautiful, wonderful and beautiful location, close to a restaurant area and a small supermarket, private parking, urbanization with heated pool, the terrace is a pass and the kitchen is very well equipped. To put a couple of things to improve: the windows do not have blinds, so as soon as the light comes in (although you close the window shutters) and, on a personal level, the double bed did not seem comfortable, not the pillows that were super comfortable.

SPECTACULAR: The apartment is even better than what you see in the photos. I'd like to highlight: the cleanliness, the good decoration, it has very good equipment, it is quiet, well insulated from noise (which is non-existent… you can only hear the sound of the sea)… Above all, I'd like to highlight two aspects: the location is incredible, right by the sea and secondly, Gustavo's kindness (he was attentive at all times… he really cares that everything is fine…) Without a doubt, we will return…

David’s apartment was brilliant, even better than the photos! Everything you need to feel right at home. Close to restaurants and right on the beach! David and his brother Steve could not be better hosts, they really want to make your stay perfect and have lots of recommendations for the area. They really went above and beyond for us, the best hosts we’ve ever had for a stay. Cannot recommend this apartment enough, would happily come back and stay for longer. My husband and I stayed at Cristina’s apartment for five weeks in February/March 2025. We enjoyed a very relaxing visit to Garrucha. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and well equipped for a long stay. There were lots of towels and bed linens. There was a washing machine and dryer and pretty much everything we needed for our visit. The location was very good also, just steps from the beach. We enjoyed daily walks along the beach. There were lots of restaurants and two grocery stores nearby. I will definitely stay there again if I ever visit Garrucha again.

From the first moment I made the reservation, Mar was very attentive to our arrival. He showed us the apartment, told us how everything worked. Any questions about it were answered promptly. We'd like to highlight the accommodation, facing the sea, very quiet, where we enjoyed the terrace both at sunrise and sunset, after a day of beach and walks. Recommended
