Holiday rentals with a pool in Playas del Coco

Camille and her mom are wonderful hosts. The house was like a beautiful dream. It smelled so good every time I entered. The pool was always clean. I saw many animals. We didn't want to leave, but we would definitely come back again with my family to stay longer. The nature, the animals, the birds—I was truly happy there. I recommend that future guests be aware that if the directions don't lead you past Flamingo Beach, you might be on the wrong path. It's better to take the longer route to be sure.

Our family of 4 (2 parents and 2 teens) spent a week at Benton's place and loved every second. The home is gorgeous and exceptionally well stocked. The beds are very comfortable (something that is very important to us) and the spaces are pleasant. The view is second to none! If you are looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of your own life or busy tourist locations to recharge, this place is it. Benton was incredibly helpful, friendly and responsive. He booked a fantastic chef for us for 3 meals (some of the best meals we had while in the area) and a wonderful snorkeling adventure. He also gave us great recommendations on the best grocery stores and restaurants in the area. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Casa Azul and what a thoughtful and kind host Benton is. You won't be disappointed with a stay here.

The Casa Vera Vista was a beautiful villa on the cliff side over looking the bay with the most beautiful sunsets. The villa was close to the beach and great restaurants plus a good starting point for many excursions. The concierge team was always there when we needed them throughout the entire trip as well as with planning prior to arriving. The house was very clean, decorated very tastefully and had comfortable beds. The daily cleaning service was very helpful with three kiddos in tow. We had two dinners and breakfast with the recommended chefs and they exceeded our expectations, with both delicious food and friendly company. Our driver Raudy was always on time, professional and was very helpful in getting around with our busy itinerary. We definitely did a lot on our trip (zip lining, deep sea fishing, ATVs, snorkeling, rainforest, waterfalls, hot springs etc) and staying at the villa with the concierge service made it that much more special. Incredible Villa in an amazing location! The peace and quiet you get in the hills is just perfect after you’ve had a busy day either in the city (short 15 min drive) or out doing excursions. The view and the pool are just heavenly, photos on the listing don’t do it justice. Can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely fabulous host and stay. Sophie is extremely detail oriented and leaves no stone unturned. From the moment we booked, to our departure she was thorough and precise. The home was very peaceful and very well maintained and exactly as described. We all loved the patio and the shared pool and community area. As an extra treat, my two daughters were able to do a short painting session with Sophie at the end of our stay. Great stay for families or couples looking to get a bit off the beaten path and enjoy a tranquil environment. Would definitely recommend this host and this home when visiting Playa Grande. Local guide book and FAQ's were also helpful.

My family of 5 had an amazing time here! Our three boys (16, 13, and 8) loved the house, the pool, and the great vibe here. The house and surroundings are even better than the pictures, which is saying something since the pictures made it look like paradise. Monica was extremely responsive—more so than any host I’ve ever dealt with previously. They have everything you could possibly need for your stay. The area is gorgeous and Playa Grande is a cute town with great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I started off our honeymoon at The Spyglass. The views are incredible and we absolutely love Ocotal Beach and Father rooster. They have excellent ceviche!!! Super fresh and we own a seafood company so we know fresh! The pool was beautiful. The bed comfortable. Good water pressure. Powerful AC splitters in the bedrooms. We were very comfortable at Spyglass and definitely plan to go back. Cherie was extremely helpful answering any questions I had. She was very quick to respond.

Hemos visitado el Condominio Pacífico desde hace varios años, fue nuestra primera ocasión en el apartamento L306; sin embargo, desde el inicio nos sentimos muy cómodos con el lugar y la buena disposición del personal de Special Places. Hicimos un reporte de que el coffee maker tardaba en alistar el café y en menos de 1 hora nos reemplazaron el electrodoméstico. Sin duda seguiremos yendo a este apartamento en específico. Lo recomendamos encarecidamente y la relación calidad precio es indiscutible, además de que la cocina está totalmente equipada si gustan preparar alimentos.

El apartamento es súper cómodo y amplio. Está cerca de paradas de buses, panadería, supermercados, pulperías, restaurantes y la playa. John siempre estuvo atento a nuestras consultas. Definitivamente, volveremos y lo recomendamos!

We had a great stay! Walked to the beach every evening for a sunset swim. Tara and Tyson provided towels, beach chairs, beach bag and a wagon to pull it all over. We used the pool almost every day, but heads up, during the dry season, lots of leaves fall. This DID NOT STOP us from enjoying it! Oh and lots of iguanas to watch and locate every morning. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the patio over looking the pool. The patio also had a great BBQ to grill up dinners. One of the little, but great things, is the lock box to keep the house key in, never worried about losing it.

We really enjoyed staying at Emilie’s place. We were able to walk from the condo all over playa coco. We were three girls and we felt completely safe. We would definitely stay here again!!

Joanna was a great host. Flexible and very accommodating when we’d made a mistake with our booking. Due to the time difference communication was a little delayed but that couldn’t be helped but needs to be considered. The apartment was perfect with all the amenities you’d require. Pacifico itself is a beautiful complex with everything you need right on hand. The pacifico complex has standards and rules that are gently enforced by the local security chaps who were all lovely so it’s nothing more than gentle advice if they feel the need. Kids jumping in the pool or music a little too late were two examples we encountered. None of this took away from a lovely stay in a lovely place.

Had a great stay, really awesome 1 bedroom condo, on the ground floor, with a pool literally right in front of the patio. Everything was excellent and really clean, great location, close to the main area with bars and restaurants and close to the beach. We were able to check in a bit early, and that was very much appreciated, can't wait to come stay again.
