The accommodation offered by Sonia is just amazing! Clean, tastefully furnished, well-equipped and functional. But above all, the veranda, the pool, the sauna and the garden are wonderful! We had a wonderful stay in this cottage! It is very well located for visiting Mont Saint Michel. In addition, Sonia is responsive, welcoming and attentive to her guests. We highly recommend it!

Everything was wonderful, we really appreciated the tranquility and the animals, especially Kimi who visited us several times I recommend shopping and cooking directly there as there are no restaurants nearby, the kitchen is really well stocked and in the outdoor space there is also a private grill already equipped with what you need to light the fire.

Very, very welcoming hosts, beautiful decoration. The house is very well equipped, the pool is heated and covered, it's a real plus! Table tennis is great for fun! Clean house, all the necessary equipment is there. We had a very pleasant contact with the owners, we thank you and can't wait to come back!!!

The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. Location was stunning and again exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to book again in the near future. Thank you for letting us experience the beautiful home.

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. We stayed in the apartment for three nights and had a great time. The apartment was very spacious and cooking was done in a very large kitchen. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the weather was rainy, so we couldn't enjoy the terrace. In the beautiful weather, we would certainly have enjoyed the apartment's terrace and yard. I can recommend this accommodation to everyone!

Great stay at La Mauricette! The cottage is clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and perfectly located to discover the Dinan region. I was there with my dog Tao, who found a great friend in Raïko, Sophie and Laurent's dog. Warm welcome, ideal setting... Only downside: a Senseo is not an espresso machine😉. We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website, but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we felt right at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even in less weather it is a super cozy house. We have enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!

Very nice and quiet accommodation, from which it is possible to explore the entire surrounding area. It is also very comfortable in the secluded cottage.

The House is as described and very clean. The essentials are available for a weekend and the kitchen is very well equipped. The garden and terrace should be very pleasant in good weather. The village center is very close so you can walk there. Thanks Frédéric.
