Sara’s place is the perfect place to escape with the kids. Sara was super responsive. Easy check in and gaining access to the caravan. The welcoming hamper and card was lovely and gave it a personal touch. The caravan was pristine. We would recommend staying here to everyone, we will definitely be back.

Lovely accommodation in beautiful surroundings. Even more spacious than photos suggest. It was also wonderful to be able to do walks right from the property. Friendly hosts who greeted us and popped by to check we were OK and if they could help in any way. Baked treats and tea supplies when we arrived were a lovely touch. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This property is located within the fantastic Royal William Yard with amazing views of the estuary, harbours, bars & restaurants. Upon locating parking (arranged by host) we located the studio apartment (clear instructions by host). The studio apartment didn’t fail to please, it was nicely presented, good utilities, towels, cleaning products, tv, stereo, comfortable sofa bed, table & chairs etc. Kevin clearly has/had everyone’s comfort in mind. Apart from the occasional corridor noise the block was very quiet, lovely for down time! We will certainly add Kevin’s Studio Apartment to our return to list.

Perfect for young families. We had everything we needed. Jon and Jo were super responsive and made us feel right at home. We would defintely stay here again.

Very well equipped and stocked - it has everything that you can possibly think of and more. Quiet location with fabulous view but minutes away from the town centre. Had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend

Stunning setting, beautiful grounds and the perfect break for a young family. Our kids loved the pool and the games room, very well situated for trips to Totnes and Dartmouth. Sheila and Richard were very welcoming and responsive hosts - we had a great time, highly recommend the space and the hosts!

Great location just a short walk to the sea. Cosy, well-equipped space with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely comfortable flat, extremely clean, good facilities, good location-walking distance to the harbour, aquarium, shopping centre, pubs, restaurants, parking spaces right outside.

Kene’s place is great for a stay in Exeter. A lovely clean apartment with lots of great amenities. Exeter city centre is less than a 5 minute walk away and everything is right on your doorstep. Kene is a great host, with really clear, responsive communications. Would highly recommend.

What a great find! Beth and her lovely family were great hosts! The space has been created with convenience for the guest and the decor is beautiful. The views are outstanding and as a regular Air BnB user I can say this is up there with my top 3 stays!

Absolutely lovely place, had everything we needed and close to the park amenities. Caroline and Louise responded to my messages right away and were really helpful with check in/out. My son loved the balcony and the pool and we were in a perfect place for the air show! Can't wait to come back 😊.

We’re a young family of 6 and stayed for 4 nights during the Summer half-term holiday. The apartment is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. It is very well located next to South Sands beach and adjacent to the Harbour Beach hotel. It was great to be able to make use of the pool & spa in the hotel. We all had a great time, and this apartment will definitely be on our shortlist for our next trip to Salcombe!

Lovely place, no issues. The only thing is the outdoor heated swimming pool is not open to apartment guests - we got confused as it was shown in the photos (only indoor pool and the tennis court for a small fee). The apartment and surrounding area was amazing- 5 stars all the way.

We hope to return again next year! It was perfect.

No 8 is a lovely house that has been beautiful decorated throughout. Everything is clean and modern and the welcome basket was particularly welcome. Elliot is a responsive host, we had a minor issue and he was straight round to sort it out. There are a lot of stairs so not for anyone with mobility issues. We would thoroughly recommend this house, we had a lovely weekend.

It was an amazing stay, the place is apart of a big holiday ket that has a restaurant and spa. It exceeded expectations! All the staff at cary arms were really great and approachable. People will need to realise in advance how steep the hill is to get to the holiday homes. I had difficulty driving my car back up so Chris and Harry from the cary arms helped me out with that and I tree really appreciated it.

We had such a lovely holiday, the park is in an ideal location with lovely facilities, our children loved the pool! The caravan was beautiful, clean and spacious and such great value for money! Great communication throughout as well, thank you.

A true hidden gem, our stay was absolutely magical. With three generations travelling together, it could have been a challenge to find the right house but this hit every note for all seven of us. The pool was spotless and the perfect size, the house and garden are simply breathtaking, and Henry and Louise are the hosts you can only dream of. Friendly, welcoming and so helpful. I cannot recommend this house highly enough, simply incredible.

I don’t really know where to start but if you get a chance to stay at any of the properties on the Colmore Estate then you should absolutely go for it! The grounds are impeccable, with so much to do as a family but also seclusion and serenity if you want it. We stayed with our two young sons who both loved the pools, and particularly the walled garden with play room. On the cottage itself, it is beautiful! Whilst it’s not a huge house, it was comfortable for our family of four and our boys loved that there was a bath in the bathroom rather than just a shower! The place was spotless and I really have nothing bad at all to say about it. It’s quirky, it’s pretty, itself everything we wanted for our couple of nights away in Devon

Mark’s place had everything we needed for a relaxing break. Beautiful inside and out- lovely, comfortable open plan living space. We loved the woodburner and the kitchen. Lots of seating areas outside and of course the hot tub!

Michelle was really helpful and got back to us straight away with any questions we had. The house is very private being the last one and surrounded with natural. Perfect place to enjoy some peace and quiet. The pool is added bonus and was a hit with the children and as for the adults there is a sauna too. The place was clean and welcoming.
