Electricity is limited -solar panel. You have a boat on the river (Sharka) available, it is inside the cottage. The fireplace is in front of the cottage. Nachází se v nezastavěné části obce, poblíž našeho domu, všude kolem jsou pastviny, takže žádná stříkaná pole. Na pastvinách stádo krav a ovcí a před vámi krásný výhled až na Šumavu. Pitná voda k dispozici. Dřevo na oheň je v ceně. Tadle maringotka je naše dřevěné srdce, které jsme sami zrekonstruovali. Je to prostě jiný, úžasný prostor
