Excellent petit appartement à proximité du centre ville.Un petit jardin où il es paisible de se reposer dans un endroit très calme. Je recommande vivement ce logement,et vous aurez pleins d'indication de la part de votre hôte, n'hésitez pas à lui demander des informations.

wir waren sehr zufrieden,Iris und die Familie von Iris waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. die Unterkunft ist sehr nah zum Strand. Sauber war es. Ruhig auch. Balkon Ausblick zum Meer und Sonne ☀️ den ganzen Tag satt. Das Appartement hat eben alles was man benötigt zum Leben. Wir hatten besseren Internet als Zuhause. 5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Excellent apartment right next to split city center. The place has a cute little balcony and everything we needed. Very cozy and homey feeling, and the host gave us some very good food recommendations.

Un GRAND MERCI à Joško, c'est la deuxième fois que je loue son appartement et c'est toujours aussi bien. Joško est toujours disponible pour nous aider et pro actif avec de super conseils pour sortir en ville et trouver de bons restaurants. This is the perfect place if you want to spend your time outside, relaxing in the beach just outside the front door. Toni gave us lots of tips, including recommending a rental car, without which getting to the airbnb would be challenging, and limit your freedom to explore.

BOOK THIS PLACE!! I cannot say enough about Ivan and his lovely home. He met us in the parking space and carried our luggage down the 200 steps to oceanfront paradise! When the brief tour of the house took us outside to the pool, hottub and oceanfront I almost cried. This was exactly what we needed on our vacation and it was better than expected. The house was stocked in every way imaginable, lacked nothing at all. Ivan made sure to leave us a welcome gift of food, wine and all kinds of yummy things. The house was SPOTLESS. Coming in May was so wonderful because we used the pool, ocean and hot tub in constant rotation. We ate our meals outside (there were two places with full 8-person dining tables) and enjoyed every moment here. My daughter's 20th birthday was during our stay and Ivan surprised us with a delicious treat from a local bakery! He also sent occasional local recommendations throughout our stay via message. It was very helpful! We LOVED this stay!!

A beautiful apartment in a peaceful location. Everything is spotless and well maintained. Nick is so friendly and helpful including a lift to the supermarket on arrival. A good sized clean pool with comfortable sun loungers set in landscaped gardens which are loving tended. All the beds and chairs are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The views are stunning - breakfast on the balcony watching dolphins out at sea. A top class apartment that we hope to revisit - thank you Nick and family for making us feel so welcome in your home.

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Von Anfang an hat sich Kristian, der Sohn der Gastgeberin, sehr herzlich um uns gekümmert. Er hat uns alles ausführlich und genau erklärt, war jederzeit hilfsbereit, gastfreundlich und hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, wie zu Hause zu sein. Die Atmosphäre war wunderbar – ruhig, privat und entspannt. Wir konnten den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen, ganz ungestört und für uns allein. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet – es war alles da, was man als Reisender braucht. Das absolute Highlight war natürlich der Pool und der schöne Außenbereich, wo man perfekt entspannen konnte. Ob am Morgen oder am Abend – die Umgebung war einfach traumhaft. Wir sind sehr froh, dass wir dieses Pool-Haus gebucht haben. Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub, den wir jederzeit wiederholen würden. Vielen Dank für alles!

A perfect Airbnb for our group of 9 . 3 very comfortable fully equipped apartments on ground floor, 2nd floor and 3rd (top) floor with amazing views of the sea and Brac. The garden is beautiful with lots of space to relax, sunbathe, read in the shade. The pool's temperature is perfect with outside shower and fun pool lights. Tina and husband cooked a huge, delicious Croatian meal for us one night. Thank you! A short walk, 10- 20 mins will get you to several local restaurants & beach bars. We loved Amigos in Podstrana that served amazing fish meals & Italian dishes. A short walk down the hill takes you to the local well stocked grocery store and across the road to beach. The walk back up is steep but good exercise. We enjoyed day trips to Hvar on the ferry, hired a private boat to take us all to local islands which was thrilling & a trip to the amazing Krka national park waterfalls. We used Uber/ Bolt- easy & reasonably priced ~€15 to get to Split & ~€35 to/from airport.

Wir waren zwei Wochen bei Toni – zuerst im Penthouse mit Whirlpool, dann eine Etage tiefer in der größeren Wohnung. Beide Unterkünfte waren sehr sauber, modern und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage war ruhig, die Aussicht top. Der Check-in war unkompliziert, Toni hat uns freundlich empfangen, Hilfe beim Gepäck angeboten und das Haus ausführlich gezeigt. Die Sauna, der Whirlpool und der Gemeinschaftspool waren super – überall konnte man ungestört entspannen. Der Parkplatz war gut erreichbar, und dank des privaten Wegs über Tonis Grundstück war man in wenigen Minuten am Strand. Ohne diesen Weg hätte man deutlich länger gebraucht. Meine Freundin und ich haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten länger geblieben. In Tonis Airbnb fühlt man sich wie zu Hause – es ist an alles gedacht, und Toni sorgt dafür, dass es seinen Gästen an nichts fehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen. die Lage ist traumhaf. sehr ruhig und man kann direkt von der Villa ins Meer. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hat so wie auf den Fotos ausgesehen. die Küche im Haus und auch die Aussenküche waren top ausgerüstet und hatten alles, was man braucht. der Grill und der Pizzaofen fanden wir super. das Haus ist etwas abseits gelegen. Restaurants hat es keine in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber genügend vorhanden und mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. das Haus ist perfekt für erholsame Ferien.

Ivana è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Ci ha accolto con dolcetti e un liquore locale e si è fermata con noi per raccontarci qualcosa dei dintorni e della storia locale. Nella proprietà c’è una fantastica piscina ad uso dei condomini e un barbecue sempre pronto all’uso che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Consigliatissimo!!

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Accueil très sympathique de Lucijana qui nous attendait malgré une arrivée tardive. Emplacement un peu excentré avec une rue peu agréable à pied pour rejoindre la plage, mais calme et avec une très belle vue depuis le balcon, très agréable pour une pause en fin de journée ou pour le petit déjeuner. Concernant la literie, sofa à revoir. Je conseillerai donc plutôt l apport pour 2, ou 2 adultes et un enfant.

Martina is very responsive and Senka was a delight to talk to. The apartment is so peaceful and my kids loved playing outside. The beach is a very short walk, with restaurants all along the boardwalk. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone!

Wir haben uns 14 Tage sehr , sehr wohl in dieser schönen Wohnung gefühlt. Der Ausblick auf das Wasser und die Berge ist überwältigend , ob aus dem bequemen Bett oder vom Balkon , das Panorama ist einfach unglaublich schön . Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Wohnung ist für kroatische Verhältnisse sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer und Dusche sind sehr gut und sauber . Es ist alles da um sich wohl zu fühlen. Trotz der ruhigen Lage , ist alles schnell zu erreichen. 3 Supermärkte und einige Bars und Restaurants sind in der Nähe . Auch zum Strand ist es nicht weit . Gleich vor der Wohnung geht es über eine Treppe zu den Felsen runter , wo man sich zum Sonnen oder Baden / Schnorcheln aufhalten kann . Mehrere Kiesstrände sind auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Unsere Gastgeberin war immer freundlich, schnell erreichbar und hat sich sofort um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Wir kommen gerne wieder .

We had a fantastic experience and the apartment was everything we wanted and more. Beautiful and clean, a lovely location and great views from the balcony. Stobrec was peaceful and lovely with good restaurants and fantastic beaches. Ante and his wife were brilliant hosts and couldn’t have been more helpful. We would definitely return.

Great location, amazing harbor and islands view from the patio, very walkable to many restaurants and ~20 minute walk into the historic district which you can walk along the beach or a bit more direct along streets. Easy, short walks to multiple beaches both up and down the coast...providing options for quiet beaches or those with restaurants/bars, and activities. Very clean, comfortable, and with a private parking spot. Katarina our Host was proactive with meeting us at check-in, providing local advice and checking up to be sure everything was well...which is was! For a stay in Split, 100% would stay again!!

Very nice and cosy apartment next to the beach! We felt very welcomed and got all the help we needed (thank you Katarina!). Weather wasn't the best during our stay but our kids enjoyed the beach despite that. A warm bath was nice to take after swimming in chilly waters. Definitely a place to recommend!

Great place, location, and very responsive host. We felt right at home. Balcony looking over the sea. Easy drive to downtown Split and even closer to beautiful Omis. We extended our stay one more night and it was very simple and easy. Highly recommend for small family and friends.
