Newly built Villa (6+2 pearson) in Podstrana/Split, with swimming pool, fully equipped,air conditioned,BBQ, with great, patio-garden, perfect for families with children, with trampoline and swing for children. 120 meters from the beach-easy walk. In my family house I rent just this apartment.We organize the transportation of guests from the airport to the apartment and back, as well as excursions according to the wishes of the guests.There is also an extra bed for 2 guests in the living room.

This beautiful and cozy house is located right next to the small river. It´s location is very peaceful, ideal for the perfect getaway, and it´s only 10 min drive away from Split! You can walk by the river that leads you to the beach (about 10 min of walking or a 4 min drive).
