Ines and her family are great hosts. Just the way you want it. You can live 100% privately in the apartment, as if you were at home. Also even if the hosts are staying in the apartment upstairs. The family was extremely helpful in answering questions around the local, both when we met them and here on the chat. The apartment has as shown in the photos, a perfect terrace/balcony - 50% covered, so whatever weather conditions, the time can be enjoyed outside. ⭐️ A stay at Ines and her family can only be recommended! 😎💪🏻 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is a jewel. The view from the balcony is wonderful - it is tempting to enjoy watching the harbor activity exclusively. But the short walk to the Riva and easy access to the commercial port facilities adds value. A grocery store is downstairs! Helena was very helpful with every question and particularly with guidance on places to see and means to get there in and around Split. Should we visit Split again, Helena's place will be first on our wish list.

What a lovely place to stay just 10 minutes from the airport. A beautiful little town away from the business of split. Would love to visit again just for longer.

We had an amazing time staying at Jere & Ivana’s home. Location was perfect in every way. Great access to shops, restaurants and a quick 15-20 minute walk to the ferry boats. The outdoor patio on the top floor was perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring Split. Very spacious bedrooms. Jere & Ivana were always quick to respond. We were very fortunate to have them share their home with us. The home is on the 3rd/4th floor so it may be a challenge for those who may be senior in age but we had no issue enjoying the residence. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Its such a beautiful place. Jelena was very welcoming and informative. She gave great advice about restaurants, transport and trips. The apartment is over looking the sea and in a lovely quiet location. It was perfect for needs, I was able to cook a nice breakfast before heading out for the day. I would love to stay again very soon

We had a really great time at this property! From the beginning, Kristian, the son of the hostess, took very good care of us. He explained everything to us in detail and precisely, was always helpful, hospitable and made us feel at home. The atmosphere was wonderful – quiet, private and relaxed. We were able to enjoy the stay to the fullest, completely undisturbed and for ourselves. The accommodation was very clean and well equipped - everything you need as a traveler was there. The absolute highlight was of course the pool and the beautiful outdoor area, where you could relax perfectly. Whether in the morning or in the evening - the surroundings were simply fantastic. We are very happy that we booked this pool house. It was an unforgettable vacation that we would repeat at any time. Thank you for everything!

We were very nicely received, we were shown the accommodation and everything was explained, everything was very easy to care for and the accommodation was very clean. Due to the location, there are quite a few beetles and moths on and over night in the pool, but this was not a big problem as you have a net for the pool. The hostess is very focused on customer satisfaction and can be reached at any time. An unforgettable vacation and I and my friends would love to come back.

Our stay was amazing. The property was everything listed and more. Ilderin was the most helpful host, from meeting us to guide us to the Villa, to the arrival tour of the local area and even wowing us with a meal of the local cuisine. The villa itself was immaculate and extremely well equipped. The setting is idyllic. We were very sad to be leaving and can't wait to visit again.

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

Easy no frills and great communication

Wow! I really think this could be one of the most breathtaking views we have ever had on holiday, it’s just amazing. The house is beautiful. Plenty of space for a family of four and it is equipped with everything we needed. We didn’t spend much time inside though because the outside area is just so lovely. The heated pool was fantastic for the children and the summer kitchen is just brilliant. We have never stayed in such a perfect place. The local area is beautiful. We went hiking and Petar also recommended a rafting company that we went out with and had a brilliant time. Both trips were great ways to explore. We also went to some beaches that Petar recommended and spent a day around Mostar which was also incredible. A fantastic holiday all round. Thank you

Had a lovely stay at Jelena’s place. We’re two families with young children (one 3 yrs and two infants 6 months) and the apartment and it’s outdoors gave us everything we needed for the week! Great views over the mountains. We loved that we had the pool by our selves and many sitting areas in shade in the garden. There were always somewhere we could sit outside depending on the wheather. Close to supermarket, beaches, Omiš town etc when we wanted to do something. Jelena was very kind, helpful and gave our stay the extra touch! Would have loved to stay another week. Truly recommend!

We loved this apartment! Instructions from Jelena were clear and easy. It’s a stone throw away from the center, yet it’s in a quiet area at night. The bikes were handy to use also. There’s restaurants, garage parking, and grocery stores nearby. If we return to Split again, we’d look into here :)

We really enjoyed out stay at the apartment. Place was like in the pictures, even the weather was the same. :)

We got a very warm welcome. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Everything worked. We didn’t need to contact Petra during our stay as everything was provided. The terrace was very private, spacious and with beautiful views day and night. The beach and shop are 3-5 minute walk away stocking most items. If you don’t have a car, we decided not to hire, use Uber, super cheap. The 42 bus seems to run only week days in the winter and stops at the shop, again very cheap. So glad we stayed here, would stay again.

Stayed here with 2 other friends and had an absolutely amazing time, the place was spotless upon entry and the hosts provided extensive information on how to get into the place and it’s amenities. They are super responsive and helpful with any thing you may need, will definitely stay here again. Split is beautiful and this place is in walking distance of everything we needed. 5/5 stars as we have literally no complaints. Thank you for making this part of our trip unforgettable!

Lovely little place, we throughly enjoyed our stay at Nina's place.

Nice, clean apartment with private balcony with sea view and view of the island of Brač. Ideal for breakfast and ending the day with a glass of wine in the evening. If you like, there is also room for a yoga mat ;). To the beach, it is a few steps down and then back up again later - a small workout included. The beach itself is sweet, clear water, also shady spots and 1-2 gastronomic offers available. By car, you are quickly in Omis and after about 45 minutes also in Split, if you want some city feeling :). The hostess was very friendly and always easily accessible. We are happy to recommend the apartment!

Great location, only a 15 to 20 min car journey to either Split or Trogir. Lovely home right next to the water. Perfect for a quiet getaway, but easy travel to some of the more touristy areas.

We had a wonderful week in Pisak. Great view of the sea and coast. The bay is directly accessible via a staircase and is fantastically quiet. You have the feeling that everything is prepared with love. The apartment offers everything you need and we felt very comfortable.

Perfect stay in Dugi Rat in Mireli's apartment. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The neighborhood is very quiet with the beach, shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away. Mirela is a very kind and helpful host. I would definitely recommend her apartment.
