Diese helle wunderschöne Dachgeschosswohnung verfügt über ein Studio mit 4 Bereichen: Schlafbereich (Bett 1,6m x 2m), Wohnbereich mit einem gemütlichen Schlafsofa (1,4m x 1,9m) und einem Kamin, Essbereich mit Tisch für bis zu 6 Personen und einer Leseecke mit gemütlichen Sesseln und Lampe. Zudem gibt es eine schön gestaltete Küche mit allen benötigten Utensilien. Draußen lädt eine kleine Sitzecke zum Verweilen ein. Das Badezimmer liegt im Erdgeschoß und ist über eine Wendeltreppe zu erreichen.

Das Haus "Wassu" wurde im Januar 2024 fertiggestellt und befindet sich in Watzenborn- Steinberg. Die Ausstattung ist schön und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit TV, einer offenen voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Essecke, einem Bad mit Regendusche, einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (140 x 200) und TV, einer Kammer und einer Terrasse. Fussbodenheizung und elektrische Rollos in jeden Raum. Ein Parkplatz steht Ihnen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Nichtraucherwohnung!

Alternatively, relaxing walks or excursions (e.g. canoe trips on the Lahn) are possible. The university town of Gießen is around the corner!

The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video intercom. The central location makes it easy to reach all the shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is a 3-minute walk away.
