Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit TV, einer offenen voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Essecke, einem Bad mit Regendusche, einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und TV, einer Kammer und einer Terrasse. Fussbodenheizung und elektrische Rollos in jeden Raum. Ein Parkplatz steht Ihnen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Nichtraucherwohnung!

In recent years, the house has been extensively renovated, with individual beams being staged as a visible framework. This results in a beautiful combination of modern and medieval. Within walking distance are sights such as the brewery, the castle with its park, the Marienstiftskirche, as well as all shopping.

The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video intercom. The central location makes it easy to reach all the shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is a 3-minute walk away.
