We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Sierpnica Mountain Haven. Little Owl Cottage

Górska Przystań Sierpnica is a charming property for rent, located on one of the picturesque slopes of the Owl Mountains. There are two comfortable, year-round houses, a free-standing sauna and hot tub, and a barbecue gazebo. The windows offer a unique view of the beautiful valley and mountains. The "Górska Przystań Sierpnica" is dominated by peace and quiet, a beautiful, soothing view, and frequent guests are roe deer and field hares - inhabitants of nearby meadows and forests. Cozy accommodation near the rock town of Ostaš (1 km). Near Adršpach-Teplice Rocks (13 km), Broumov Walls and Monastery (11 km). Near the apartment there is a ski resort in Teplice (7 km) and a ski resort in Petříkovice (25 km). The apartment is part of the house and has its own entrance. It includes a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen with a fridge, two-burner stove and hood. There is a double bed and a sofa bed for 2. Stone terrace with table and chairs overlooking Ostaš. Parking on site.

Spacious and bright first-floor apartment with a large garden in the centre of a small village near the Adršpach–Teplice Rocks. A perfect base for short walks and full-day trips in the Broumovsko region. Easily accessible by car, train or bus. Comfortable stay for up to four guests (children’s bed and baby cot available on request). Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden with seasonal fruit, including blueberries. A small shop and local inn are just across the road. Free parking in yard.
