Flora's charming waterfront villa is located in the centre of the traditional picturesque village of Melinda, situated 6 km west of the village of Plomari. Our villa is situated literally on the beach, which is known for its crystal blue waters. The newly built modern house is fully equipped with all conveniences, such as a modern kitchen, air condition units in all rooms, tv, wi-fi etc. The famous traditional greek taverna of Maria is right next door, where you can enjoy local delicacies all day. In Our quiet villa you will experience greek at its summer, watching the sunset.

Καλαίσθητο, φωτεινό, πλήρως ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα στον πρώτο όροφο γωνιακής διώροφης οικοδομής σε γραφικό παραδοσιακό, νησιώτικο χωριό στην Ελλάδα. Υπάρχει μπαλκόνι στην μπροστινή και πλαϊνή πλευρά. Περιλαμβάνει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και υπάρχει δυνατότητα προσθήκης ενός επιπλέον μονού κρεβατιού στο χώρο του σαλονιού. Important note: for safety reasons, children under 12 years old are not allowed up at the gallery

Hill walks start right behind the house. Shade in the large garden comes from our olive trees (+hammock) and the verandah + swing seat. Inside it is well equipped and comfortable (charming, NOT smart!). Good WiFi. No TV. 5 minute walk to beautiful Plomari centre and harbour. Parking (NOT EASY).

In the garden, you can make a fire in the brazier in the winter months. In the winter months, it is comfortably heated with the underfloor heating system.

Pick your own vegetables, figs, pears, grapes, apples and peaches which are in the garden. Eat on the beach meters away from the house at tradition fish taverns. You can go into the village and have ouzo with locals ,visit the hot springs, go to the salt pit and observe the pink flamingos.

Our two-level recently renovated maisonette Iris Home is located in the city center. It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area to enjoy your food with your family and friends overlooking the sea. The two bedrooms and the bathroom are on the lower level and continue the view of the endless blue of the Aegean Sea. Within a 2-minute walk, you can find the city's marina, restaurants, cafes and other shops.
