It is just the right size for a getaway for 2 - 4 with 1 private bedroom and a sleeping loft. It has all the modern conveniences and is nestled at Gilbert Landing, 1 mile from downtown and 15 min to TIEC. We are dog-friendly, with host approval. There is a $99 pet fee for one dog. Alpine look cottage is at the end of private road. Pretty place to walk and enjoy the outdoors. Several hosting vineyards, hiking and kayaking nearby. Convenient to nearby towns of Tryon, Landrum, Columbus and 1 Saluda. 15 minutes to the Tryon International Equestrian Center and other event venues. Less than an hour to Asheville, Greenville, Spartanburg, BMW Plant, and 3 major airports. A great gateway to western Carolina. Sofa bed and loft add to sleeping space for families.

The second story guest house apartment is is full of light and air with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. Just moments away from TIEC. You will be staying in a gated community, so parking is no problem. The bathroom has a large walk in shower (with grab bars) and the bedroom is equipped with a large Sony TV. This is a great place to stay if you ride, as my house is on the FETA trails. If you're showing at TIEC, Fence or Harmon Field, I'm only 10 minutes away.
