Lovely apartment. Great living space. Fantastic roof terrace. Location nice and quiet. Fiona was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions.

We had a wonderful stay! Joana is a rare kindness, always available, responsive and very honest. Her apartment is simply superb: tastefully decorated, impeccably clean and conveniently located, right on the water. A real slice of paradise that I recommend without a second thought!

We had a great time and would recommend this flat and Miguel as a host. A nice location just at the beach with kitesurfing opportunities directly at your house. Very quiet, which is a big advantage of being located a bit outside the area of Alcúdia (so a car or bicycle is recommended to make most of the gorgeous surroundings). We loved this place as a starting point for cycling as well. The flat is as beautiful as on the pictures seen already. We’d love to come back one day!

Maria was great and super helpful

Patricia was a great host, extremely responsive. She even drove to our house to let us in after we locked the keys inside. She helped us book a rental car, and was always quick to get back to us when we had questions. The place is in a great location, a few blocks from the beach, with easy parking across the street. The kitchen is well set up with everything we needed. We would stay again for sure.

The view of the water is beautiful to wake up to every morning. We were able to walk to many shops and restaurants, plus the beach is right across the street. We had a car and easily parked within a few blocks each evening. Would definitely stay here again!

Probably the best garden I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been all over the world! Totally amazing Bonzai and cactus garden then beautiful olive orchard - totally inspiring. Great pool and every amenities you could want. We loved it and would come again! Juan was helpful and informative. Quiet and an easy walkable distance from town, buses and the all important beach all in all 100%!

We loved our stay at Miguel‘s home! It is beautiful and ideally located to explore the island. The house feels like a home and the big pool and large garden are amazing for days where you don‘t want to leave the house. We felt right at home and can reccommend the house fully.

Lovely space to take a break

Everything is fine! Only a little more light in the apartment would be even better, is a little dark, as there are few windows. The only view to the outside is the apartment door. Nevertheless, very comfortable.

Me and my friends visited Mallorca for a weekend as we were studying abroad in Barcelona, and thought this could be a nice opportunity to get away from the city. We thoroughly enjoyed are stay in Alcudia at Marti's home. Marti was very friendly and helpful, he provided us with an a list of activities, restaurants, and places to visit. The house was equipped with all the appliances needed to have a comfortable stay that made us feel right at home. Overall the experience was terrific, I would definitely try and stay here again the next time I visit Alcudia.

Marga's house was a small and very nicely decorated oasis of well-being from the first moment. Self check-in and out worked smoothly. Marga is very friendly, open and helpful. We were able to reach out to them with any concerns, their tips were very helpful and made our island life easier and beautified. We had the most incredible stay at Corinna’s lovely home in Selva! It was the perfect location for our trip in Mallorca. Everywhere we visited was within a 1 hour drive, and it was such a gift to enjoy the beauty of the island by car. The home was stunning and had everything we needed. From the views from the top deck to spending time by the pool, we could not have asked for a better place. We had a bit of trouble finding the parking space, but we called Corinna and she was incredibly responsive and helpful and we had no other troubles. I could not recommend this home more! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Eva's place is well maintained and clean. The apartment looks bright and friendly and everything is tidy. The beds were comfortable and we were able to sleep well in them. Eva provided us with a baby cot as well as a high chair for free. The equipment in the kitchen was sufficiently available. Our kids loved the bathtub in the bathroom. We also found it good that both bathrooms were daylight baths and could thus be ventilated with fresh air with the window open. Eva addressed inquiries on our part directly and quickly. We spent a total of two beautiful weeks in Port de Pollenca at Eva's place.

Ralf's house was great! Even prettier than in the photos! The garden is beautiful, the pool very nice. Bedding is super comfortable! The setting is very quiet. Ralf helped us with everything we needed, he is an extremely kind and helpful host, we also liked chatting with him! We recommend it to all travelers!

We had a nice 4 night stay here. The beach is an easy 15-20 minute walk on flat ground. Lots of souvenir shops and restaurants in the area. Lots of free parking around the apartment. Really nice pool. Quiet and peaceful. Nothing to complain about

Me and my fiance stayed here for a week for our anniversary and it was perfect! The area was so quiet and peaceful. Beautiful location and very easy to get to the local town by taxi or car. The whole process was very smooth and Marga & Gabriel were very proactive with any queries we had and recommendations. Would highly recommend!

Xisco made it very easy to find the apartment and he was very easy to contact if needed. We stayed for four weeks and he sent a couple of texts just to check everything was ok. Very enjoyable stay, 5 minutes walk to the beach and about 4, to the large Eroski supermarket

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Everything in the apartment was perfect, really clean and all the amenities you would ever need. A welcome drink upon arrival was most appreciated. Maria was very responsive when contacted and everything went very smoothly. Great information and recommendations provided. The Roof top terrace was great to sit on in the evening and catch the last of the sunshine. We would definitely love to return here. Thank you Maria
