Entfliehe dem Alltag in unserer hellen und gemütlichen Dachgeschosswohnung in Tutzing für bis zu 6 Gäste. Genieße den traumhaften Blick auf den Starnberger See und die Berge direkt vom privaten Balkon. Die moderne Unterkunft bietet eine Klimaanlage, einen 55" Samsung QLED 4K TV, schnelles WLAN, eine voll ausgestattete Küche sowie einen eigenen Arbeitsplatz und eignet sich ideal für Familien, Paare oder Gruppen. Der Starnberger See und das Zentrum von Tutzing sind bequem erreichbar.

Lake Gard Chalet in Seeshaupt

Nestled between lakes in a fantastic location with breathtaking mountain views. Very peacefully situated, with the Osterseen lakes beginning right at your doorstep. The Starnberger See is just 500 meters away, as well as restaurants and shopping opportunities. Munich can be reached in 30 minutes by direct train or via the highway, just like the mountains. Stylishly and modernly furnished, the chalet accommodates up to 6 guests. A large garden with a terrace is also available for use.

A break in the mountains

Our apartment (in a 3-family house) in the basement, is located between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the middle of the “Pfaffenwinkel.“ The optimal starting point for numerous excursions to sights or also sporting activities such as hiking or cycling. Larger shopping facilities can be found in Weilheim, Peißenberg or Murnau. In addition, a natural swimming pond with a small Kneipp facility is about 1 km away and allows spontaneous refreshment at any time of the day

The Mühlhaus, a place that makes you feel happy in your heart and makes you feel at home, away from the fast-paced everyday life of the city: In the middle of the Five Lakes region south of Munich. Here, the paths are not yet trodden and the course of nature can be felt. Not just a place to stay, but also to set off: into the vast forests, the mountains and the diverse lake landscape. In summer and winter, after the many outdoor activities, then one thing again: come home.

House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Ideal as a starting point for trips - also to Stoa169: In the Upper Bavarian Highlands, south of Munich, lies our newly built and modernly furnished apartment in the historic monastery village of Polling. The separate area with its own entrance offers 18 m2 of space for two people with everything you need, as well as a small terrace with garden. A covered parking space and a garage for parking and loading bicycles or skis is included.

Small terrace with garden view No shared spaces, absolute privacy. We live next door and are happy to help you.

Welcome to beautiful Upper Bavaria! Our newly built, modernly furnished solid wood house is in a quiet, sunny location in Bad Kohlgrub. The Hörnle cable car can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The large terrace and a private garden invite you to linger. In the village itself there are shops, restaurants and cafes. Innsbruck, Munich and Augsburg can be reached in about an hour.
