Our apartment (in a 3-family house) in the basement, is located between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the middle of the “Pfaffenwinkel.“ The optimal starting point for numerous excursions to sights or also sporting activities such as hiking or cycling. Larger shopping facilities can be found in Weilheim, Peißenberg or Murnau. In addition, a natural swimming pond with a small Kneipp facility is about 1 km away and allows spontaneous refreshment at any time of the day

In a quiet location on the edge of the village, surrounded by woods and meadows, you will find our cozy attic apartment in a large wooden house, once a bakery. In summer, an outdoor seating area in the courtyard offers the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful natural setting: eat outside, have a barbecue or simply relax. The apartment has its own entrance and there are plenty of parking spaces in the courtyard. Dogs are welcome, we have a large friendly herding dog.

Our 110 year old in nouveau art house is located in the beautiful and astonishing prealpine lands right in between Munich and the famous castles. Our guesthome has a big kitchen with everything you need to cook, two cosy and indivilual bed rooms and a modern bathroom. The living room has a romantic fireplace. The Pearl - Green, new, fancy!

This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
