Grocery stores, restaurants and a bakery can be found nearby for your convenience. This apartment is our favorite, a cozy suite on the top floor with an attic like feeling and great views! Close to the coast and charters in the nearby Marina Veruda, 15 minutes from the Pula airport. Parking 🅿️ for guests is provided in the front yard. Please note: there is an extra cost for heating of the pool if you decide for that option for the price of 150 euros per a week.

Distance to the city center of Rovinj is 15 minutes walking and the first beach (Porton Biondi Beach) is 10 minutes walking (800 meters). The nearest food market is 5 mins walk. The Kaufland store and shopping center RETAIL PARK Rovinj is 650 meters away.
