Our guests have access to a large, shared 32m² swimming pool, with plenty of deck chairs around it to lounge in the sun. You’ll find a peaceful outdoor area to relax and enjoy after a day by the sea. The best part of our villa? It’s all within walking distance. You’ll find Supermarket Grga just 50 meters away for all your grocery needs. The nearest beach is only 450 meters from the villa, and if you want to explore Pula, the tourist office is just 150 meters away. The bus stop to take you into the heart of the city is right around the corner - 200 meters away, just a one-minute walk. Our villa is designed to make you feel at home. The apartment is modern, fresh, and fully air-conditioned for your comfort. Apartment for 6 person has 2 floors ( interior stairs). On the 1. floor there are kitchen, living room, one bathroom, one bedrom for 2 persons and big terrace with a beautiful view on the sea. On the 2. floor there are 2 bedrooms for 4 persons and one bathroom.. Both bedrooms have a balcony with a view on the sea as well. Kitchen and dining room (15m2) : cooking basics, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, el. water kettle, cooker( 2 electric plates + 2 gas burners) with oven, table, 6 chairs, iron. Living room ( 23 m2) : 2 sofas, TV, exit to the beautiful terrace. Bedroom on the 1. floor ( 12 m2) has twin bed. One bedroom on the 2. floor(12m2) has twin bed, other room (23m2) has twin bed and a sofa. A bathroom (4,85 m2) : shower, towels, hair dryer We have a baby cot.
