Dear guests, welcome to our home! Our house is located in the most beautiful square in a very beautiful place. We offer two accommodations and also live and work here. Right by our house is the Renaissance castle Ponitz with a park, the church with a famous organ and the village pond. We are easily accessible via the A4 or by S-Bahn. Everything you would need to buy, such as groceries or gasoline, is available in Meerane, so just around the corner. We also have a parking space.

Cleaning service possible for longer stays/ parking for a fee in the city parking lot 3 minutes or in front of the door (if free of charge)/ towels & bed linen incl.

Small apartment in the nursery

The small apartment is located in the middle of a gardening property on the ground floor of the landlord's house. The access is via a paved dirt road. The entrance is accessible via the rear courtyard. By car you can drive almost directly to the front door, through the idyllic garden area and the kitchen garden. Attention: In summer, parking is limited by falling apples (under apple tree). In front of the property is a parking space that can also be used.

Here you will find my apartment on Sidonienstr. 20, 08412 Werdau with 1 bedroom, 2 separate beds. The backyard can be used for smoking. Sheets and towels will be provided. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet, a desk and seating in the bedroom, free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. It's an animal-free and non-smoking apartment. Parking is available right in front of the house without reservation.

The modern furnished 50 sqm apartment is ideal for short and long-term stays. WiFi available! The living and cooking area are open plan. The view from the private balcony over Zwickau extends to the Ore Mountains on some days. Right at the house begins a forest with many walking paths.
