Semi-detached bedsit, near to the sea. Beautiful walks through woods and fields to the sea and beaches (roughly 1.5km away). Perfect for those who enjoy walking and cycling. Nearby towns, villages and ports of interest: Pont Aven, Concarneau, Quimper, Doëlan, Le Pouldu. *Roadside parking , enough for one car (no vans). Quiet lane. No outdoor space. Bed linen provided but not towelling. Ground coffee machine. Not suitable for children. WC/shower open plan. Electric radiator. No smoking.

Charming little house near the beaches
A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Charming studio with mezzanine, located in the heart of the city of painters made famous by Paul Gauguin and the painting school of Pont-Aven. The studio is located in a wing of our house and you have two entrances to access it. You have an outside dining area at the foot of the staircase and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The garden and terrace can be lit in the evening. You are 200 meters from the city center and the museum and very close to the port.

Ideal if you prefer tranquility, the cottage is adjoining the owner’s house with independent access and private parking.

Located on the ground floor of an old mill, 10 minutes from the ocean, the cottage includes a bedroom with shower room, separate toilet and a kitchen living room with stone fireplace. It can accommodate 2 to 3 people. In a wooded environment, you will have access to the mill orchard and the river (the Moros) that runs along the property. Quiet, you can see many birds : herons, peverts, owls. And with a bit of luck, you'll come face to face with deer.

Nestled at the bottom of the garden, the Ty Neizh (little nest in Breton), awaits you to spend a moment out of time. Romantic and bohemian, the trailer offers a bed for two people (160 x 180) and a small cozy living space. Meals can be taken on the terrace, in the garden or in the trailer. Bathroom and toilet are independent, located in the main house and accessible day and night A breakfast of local products is available for a fee of €5/person.
