Small family house located in the countryside at the entrance to a hamlet. The bay windows provide access to the terrace and small private garden. The outdoor living room is sheltered under the courtyard. We live in the adjoining house, not overlooked, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the gîte. This is our family home, built by my great-grandparents in the early 1900s. Some family memories, authenticity and modern comfort await you. From the garden there is a beautiful sea view, Dourveil beach is nearby. There are 3 bedrooms with 180 x 200 beds, you can make a fireplace or have a barbecue and lunch outside. The kitchen is fully equipped. Guests can park their car in front of the garden entrance.

I welcome you, in the middle of the woods, to a pleasant guest house of 40 m2, new and single-story, classified as a "3-star furnished tourist accommodation", with a separate entrance.
