We Loved our stay!! Jean-Yves is very friendly and had quick responses whenever we had a question. He really spent time showing us places we could visit and reviewing all the details of the apartment. Comfortable bed and the fully equipped kitchen was great! A bit of a walk to the historic center , 15-20 minutes, but well worth the peace and quiet of the area. Having the washing machine was a nice bonus. Highly recommend!

Great weekend of ascension at David's to enjoy the golf week! The apartment is perfect, clean, very well located and as described. We were with our two young children and everything was suitable.

Excellent stay in Romain's apartment which is very well located near the train station. The room upstairs with the velux can be a little hot in case of high heat so you have to think about ventilating in advance. otherwise the main room is very functional for a short stay.

We had a lovely stay in this stylish and well designed studio apartment. Maneki was very responsive and hospitable, leaving lots of food and drink for us and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s in a brilliant spot, near the harbour and some great restaurants.

We had a great time at Sébastien's place. The apartment is faithful to the description, the location is just perfect: both close to everything but very quiet, we slept very well there. I highly recommend this listing!

As a company, we place the well-being of our employees at the heart of our concerns. Communication is fluid and efficient, with clear and easy-to-understand instructions. In addition, we have additional amenities such as linens and towels available. The interior of the cottage is modern, with new furniture that adds to the comfort. The value for money is quite satisfactory. The cottage has largely met our expectations. I would highly recommend it.

Great location close to the sea and ideal for a family! The hosts are welcoming and always give good advice. We highly recommend it because of the access to the beach in 10 minutes on foot plus the bike path.

Beautiful new home with everything you could need- we were a 3 generation family and we were delighted with the house and pool and really enjoyed our time there.

Excellent stay at Nathalie's. The location of the house is ideal, in the immediate vicinity of Lake Guerlédan on foot. The little extra is the immediate proximity on foot to Betty Food, a peaceful and rejuvenating place to enjoy a drink after the walk. Clean and as advertised. Hosts are responsive. Wow what a beautiful place! It was exactly what we were hoping for and made for a very peaceful family holiday. Bertrand was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He has two folders available in the cottage which are packed with information and things to do and see. However the grounds are so beautiful that you could easily just stay there and go for walks, trips out on the lake or swim in the pool. The cottage itself is spacious, clean and in great condition. We would highly recommend this cottage.

We spent 4 wonderful days in this cottage with my sister and we have an unforgettable memory of it. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Kattie, who was able to be present while remaining discreet, which made our stay very enjoyable. very nice apartment, bright, well-equipped, comfortable, in a beautiful quiet and secure residence. city center within walking distance in 10 mins. small downside for check-in, giving us the parking access code would have saved us an inconvenient and dangerous parking on the street. we had a great time.

Perfect location beside the delightful Conleau peninsula which exceeded our expectations. Good restaurants nearby - we enjoyed Conleau 1930.
