Idyllic farm right on the Fulda

Our farm is located in the middle of the Rhön Biosphere Reserve in a quiet part of Sandberg on a 7,000 sqm property. The Fulda flows directly through our farm and invites children to splash and play. In 1998, the former farm was completely renovated, with a lot of love for detail. In the garden you will find sun loungers, hammocks, a barbecue corner as well as a frog pond and a children's play area with a swing and a stilt house, so there is enough space to relax and unwind.

Little Village House

Ideal for hikers, bikers, riders. Skiing possibilities 15 min to drive. The historical center of Tann is nearby with nice Cafes, 3 castles and a small Museum. Welcome to our home! We rent a cozy, and large sheep/living room with kitchen and bathroom on the first floor of the house. The apartment is located in Fulda - Kohlhaus. Parking spaces are available at the top of the street for free. By car, you'll be downtown in about 10 minutes, but you can also take the bus. The stop is about 8 minutes walking from the apartment. Shopping is good at the Kaiserwiesen shopping center. By foot about 18 min.

We moved from the city to an old farm in 2016 and live here together with our dog Dago and three cats in the middle of Schwarzenfels, a municipality of the city of Sinntal, below the beautiful Schwarzenfels Castle. We are gradually renovating the farm. In 2020, our "vacation home" project was completed and we are looking forward to our guests.
