Holiday rentals with a patio in Porat

We stayed at the accommodation for a week and are super satisfied! The location is great – quiet and yet close to the beach, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The house is beautifully decorated and it really has everything you need. You feel right at home. We will be happy to come back and can absolutely recommend the accommodation!

Appartment marvelous ,clean with all kind of accessories . Place calm and in central Place very confortable . Host quite gentle and under disposal for all needs. We Will came back next season .

Breathtaking views of the sea and mountains! This place is spotless and the host is wonderful. We had a fantastic stay. Just a heads-up that sound does travel a bit within the house, but it didn't detract from our overall enjoyment. Highly recommend!

We felt very comfortable. Everything as described. Large underground parking space, where our bicycles could also be parked. Beautiful pool with loungers and umbrellas and a great view. Fantastic tranquility in the residential area. All in all, highly recommend!

We spent four nights here with our family and loved every minute of it. It is a beautiful space, and easily accommodated six adults and a baby. We were able to cook every night and dine at the outdoor table next to the small dipping pool, before taking a post-dinner dip in that pool. It’s right in the old town of Krk, which is super charming. The beds were comfortable, and we were lacking for nothing. Highly recommend!

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. We had a great family holiday at the villa! The communication with our contacts Jelena in the In advance and Edi during our stay was super nice and straightforward! The sea view and tranquility there were unbeatable. The pool was a dream! The kitchen was equipped with everything you could think of. It was a completely successful holiday there!

We were a family of 4 adults and 2 teens (16+14) in the accommodation. We loved the tranquility and seclusion. That was exactly what we wanted. The house is small, but it is completely sufficient. Everything is beautifully decorated and placed. Just like you can see from the pictures. The outdoor area is simply a dream. Thought out to the smallest corner. We used the outdoor kitchen regularly. We were there in October and also had good weather. (average 22 degrees☀️) As a result, the pool and hot tub were used very well. The small bay is also just very nice. We spent a whole day there and were all alone. We highly recommend this place. We'll be back. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

Definitely recommend! We had wonderful days at Kristina's place. We were warmly welcomed by her granny, who showed us everything. Contact was straightforward and quick. The apartment offers everything you need for a few nice days. Very well equipped, terrace with great views and walking distance in 3-5 min in town and beach. There you could settle on various plateau directly on the water and enjoy the sun and sea. We had used a lot the barbecue, which was available on the terrace. All in all great city, great place and lovely hosts. We felt completely comfortable!

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

Reccomend this stay and in Senj to! We stayed with a 6 8 and 14 year old and they all had a great time. We took nanny with us and the set up of the smaller apartment on ground floor was perfect for that! Thank you again for your wonderful home to stay in.

The hosts Dragana and Dragan were really amazing. They were very hospitable, friendly and nice. They went an extra mile to make us feel as comfortable as possible. It was like staying with family but with total privacy. The apartment was spotless, new and very cosy. The bed is super comfortable. The outside patio offers a cosy space to enjoy your time with a glass of wine in green scenery. I would very much recommend this place and we are planning on visting again.

We had a great time, the place was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of amenities. The road to the driveway is super steep, so needs a bit of skill if you are traveling by car. The owners live upstairs, so it's not 100% private, however they are very friendly. We received a welcome drink and a bottle of wine in the fridge.

Mira is a lovely host, who was more than happy to accommodate and help despite a language barrier. The apartment is a little tough to get to; on a steep residential street so be aware of that. However, when you reach it, you have a lovely view of the city, looking exactly like the photos, and a lovely clean apartment. Thank you Mira for a lovely stay. :)

We were on site for a whole week. Senj is a small, tranquil place by the sea with a small harbor. Anas apartment was actually a lucky strike with the terrace and the great view of the sea. The city beach and the small great restaurants were within walking distance. Even shopping was quick on foot. Good info would be for others to know, the kitchen is equipped with an induction field, but there is no oven. We enjoyed it very much. Thanks for having us. :)

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

Sanja was a perfect host and even got us some food in advance as we arrived at closed shops on a public holiday. She had provided extra toys for our children, which was also great for them. We felt completely comfortable with her and you can't ask for better. The building is a little on the slope which makes getting there a little more difficult and the footpath high from the beach is also a bit more difficult but the view you have for it is absolutely worth it and otherwise the apartment really brings a lot of opportunity. The small garden with barbecue area was also great. Thank you for everything!

Just a great place to stay and would stay there again in the future

Wonderful place. The flat is beautifully decorated, creates an amazing atmosphere and is well-equipped with everything you need for your holiday. A great plus is the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and the very comfortable beds. We are glad we chose this place for our honeymoon. Great contact with the owners who were always there to help us. Highly recommend and would love to come back! :)
