Beach house holiday rentals in Poreč

The four of us had a wonderful time at Milka's and Igor's house. The swimming coves are fantastic, but we mostly visited them by car, and on the property the insane vegetable garden, where we 🍅 enjoyed the most delicious tomatoes as well as peppers, zucchini etc. The outdoor shower was also particularly great and that we were surrounded by green countryside.

The apartment’s atmosphere was very nice. Designed by an interior designer, few years ago fully refurbished. Some parts look good, but are not really practical (big chandeliers). The kitchen is fully equipped, so we could prepare food easily. The AC was working. Alenka reccommended us a lot of places to visit, she is a really kind and helpful host :) enjoyed our stay in Piran and would recommend Casa Matteo to anyone :)

Clean, private updated apartment in a lovely neighborhood. Tamara was super responsive throughout the rental process. We loved the location and enjoyed walking to old town and the beach. Absolutely perfect for our stay in Rovinj.

Eler is a very attentive and thoughtful host He always gave us good advice and warmly served us. The location is wonderfully quiet. The best thing is to bring enough provisions,as the nearest major shopping is in Labin about 15 km away. However, a small kiosk is about 400 m away by boat at the campsite opposite. Wonderful bathing coves are reachable with the small motorboot "James Bond :-)" and mostly wonderfully secluded and classy water. For the sporty balance, kayak and sup boards are available. All in all highly recommended.

The location of the place is perfect - a private beach is right next to it, you can walk to the place in 5 minutes and wonderful walks are very close. The hosts were easily accessible and when something didn't work in the apartment, the problem was promptly resolved. The kitchen is very, very well equipped - everything you need for cooking is there. Sveta Marina is a very quiet place and you can relax here well. We would happily come back.

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

Nena's house is fantastic. The location in the middle of the small, picturesque center of Fazana, the design and layout of the rooms, the equipment of the kitchen, the small sheltered courtyard behind and the terrace in front of the house - all just sensational! We were 9 people (3 generations) and had enough space to sleep, wash (3 bathrooms/toilets), cook, play, eat. Since it was even cooler, we were able to use the air conditioners on the upper floors and the cozy wood stove on the ground floor. It was comfortable and romantic From the house you can walk in 1-2 minutes to the small harbor with restaurants, two cafes and a bar (maybe more in summer) and the jetty to the island of Brijuni. 5-10 minutes walking there are many nice different swimming opportunities: gravel, stone or concrete. Jetties and 2 accessible accesses. Nenad was not there at that time. But Milan gave us a friendly welcome, looked after us perfectly and even organized us wood for the stove. Thanks, again anytime.

It was a wonderful time for our family and friends. We felt there like a family members, got a lot of recommendation about beaches, restaurants, places where we could buy high quality wine and olive oil. I highly recommend the stay at Villa Blu & Villa Sol. Clean swimming pool, amazing view. All you need for a perfect holidays.

We were guests with the family and our dog and felt very comfortable. The house is cozy and the outdoor area is very spacious - our dog also felt very comfortable in the large garden! Those who like it quiet and idyllic will feel very comfortable. The sea is quickly reached by car or bike (5 min). Marija and her family are very friendly. We would come back!

First of all, we would like to thank Lana and her family for the great stay! It was simply unforgettable in this beautiful apartment! The accommodation is modern and tastefully furnished and offers everything you need. The spacious pool was a real highlight (always clean and well maintained) and the surrounding terrace with comfortable loungers was perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. The view of the countryside was also wonderful! The house is located in a quiet and picturesque environment that offers both relaxation and entertainment & many attractions. Various great beaches and coves are just a few minutes away and easy to reach. The hosts made our stay something very special. From the warm welcome to the small attentions in between, we felt completely comfortable and cared for. We can only recommend the accommodation and will gladly come back!

Our stay with Andreja and Dalibor left nothing to be desired. Even the communication prior to arrival and the independent check-in went smoothly! The house is just as beautiful as in the pictures, we lacked nothing. In addition to the beautiful bay (walking distance) and the great coastal walk to Ravni, we particularly enjoyed the very cozy couch due to the weather. Andreja also inquired about our well-being and was always and quickly accessible when we contacted her. Great hosts!! Thank you very much!

Rarely experienced such a welcoming host. The house was perfect, modern, super clean. Unfortunately, the shade cloths broke after heavy rainfall. Valentina her father came to take it away and immediately invited us to taste his homemade liqueur, fantastic. On the day of departure, Valentina also came with her mother. Also done together with fathers a cheers to the beautiful time in Banjole. And the taxi driver is waiting, but also in this, these inhabitants of Croatia are thoughtful. The driver just wait a moment. On the day of departure, we were allowed to stay longer because our flight went in the evening. This was also a big plus! Any questions we had during our 2 week stay were answered quickly and pleasantly by Valentina. I would recommend this beautiful house to anyone. We had rented bikes for 1 week. 2 Days a car. Further hiking in the neighborhood and visited the beaches (pebble). Conclusion: Had a great holiday with our friends. Thanks Valentina and parents 🤩

The house is incredibly beautiful and right in the neighboring village of Pula. It is super quiet and the sea is a 10-minute walk away. We felt incredibly comfortable and enjoyed the house very much

Great stay. Vlado was punctual in his messages and on the one occasion we had a small issue (our fault) was straight over to fix it. This is a nice property in a good location… close enough to a nice beach and the old town, yet just far enough to be ‘away from it’ with some private space to relax.

Very professional and lovely outfit . We enjoyed all of our stay . All was there what we needed. Beach in short walking distance. Private parking is a plus. Well done there is a lot Of heart &pride in the decor and lay out .

A real nice and spotlessly clean accommodation in a quiet area with a nice view (especially at sunset!) from the terrace, big plus is the parking spot. Beaches and the old town of Rovinj are at walkable distance. Very friendly hosts as well. Overall, nothing to report nor to complain about!

What an amazing, relaxing place to stay with stunning views from the rooftop terrace. Andrea was a perfect host and flexible to fit in with our flight arrival time. His home was exactly as described and we would definitely recommend as a great place to stay and explore Istria. Thank you Andrea for making our first visit to Croatia so memorable.

We had great 5 days stay at this bnb. The location is ideal for stay in Rovijn. We used to take morning stroll to center for coffee and breakfast. Lot of restuarants in area. Everything was closeby. We had everything we needed in apartment and place was clean. Host were very kind and helped us with the check in - in person. The communication was responsive and easy. For people travelling by car - there is extra cost involved to park nearby (15 euro per night). Free parking was far which I used anyways. This might not be for everyone since its good 15-20 min walk.

Cristian was exceptionally helpful from meeting us at the port & escorting us to our house to organising transport upon leaving. He provided great local advice also. The house is beautiful, easily accessible and in the heart of the old town. Rovinj is stunning & we can’t wait to return. No recommendation is too high. Jack.

Lovely apartment, in a great location, very close to the sea. We enjoyed our stay.

A great find, nestled in amongst some beautiful homes on the hill. The place is basic, but perfect for a couple of nights exploring Piran and Portorož. We liked how the bathroom has a lot of attention to detail, we just wished the pillows were better on the bed as they were so flat! The outside seating is great, you get two options one out of the front facing the town and the sea and another to the side with sunbeds. We couldn’t really get the WiFi to work unfortunately, but the host was great and tried to fix it for us multiple times, and even came over with a bottle of wine! Recommended.

Tamara and her husband Robert are friendly and always offer for help. I came for vacation with my family and I joined Istria 100 trail race during the stay. The house locates in a walkable distance to race centre. When I went out for race and no one can drive, my wife and children can also walk to the beach or town centre (within 15 mins), or just stayed in the house with excellent wifi network. The place is simple but clean and tidy. We have full of precious memories in Umag and this warmly house contributes a lot. Great thanks!!
