La maison offre un très grand espace de vie de 90m2 baigné de lumière et donnant sur l'extérieur. Les soirées ne sont pas acceptées. Petit appartement indépendant au sein de notre villa. Bien equipé 1 cuisine 1 gde chambre avec salle de bain et toilettes. Terrasse privée. Accès à notre piscine du 1er mai au 15 oct ( chauffée jusqu'au 15 sept ) Calme et situé à 5 minutes en voiture du port et des plages. INFORMATION : Pour les personnes allergiques il peut arriver que notre chat vous rende quelques visites :) A noter logement non fumeur cendrier à disposition pour fumer sur la terrasse .
