There is plenty of grass area for children to play, as well as an inviting freshwater pool to relax. Can Sion is a short drive from the picturesque towns of Pollensa (2min), Puerto Pollensa (8min) and Alcudia (10min), with convenient 35 minute access to the airport and Palma.

In this walled village with a lot of history we can find all the necessary services: Supermarkets, Restaurants, Pharmacies and there are also 2 weekly markets with typical products of the island of Mallorca.

Our "Casa del Mar" is located in the first beach area (south-facing) of Alcudia and offers a fantastic view of the beautiful marina and the bay "Platja d'Alcúdia". The residential complex is located in the heart of Port de Alcudia and has plenty to offer for young and old alike. Restaurants, bars, boutiques etc. are in the immediate vicinity. The use of the communal pool is reserved exclusively for guests of the complex, sun loungers are of course available and included.

Villa Oleanda is in a magnificent central location overlooking the canal.
