We felt very comfortable in Maria's apartment for 4 weeks. The apartment is very clean, everything is available for a longer vacation. The beach is just a few meters away and every Saturday there is a beautiful farmers' market just two streets away. Maria even has chairs and a parasol for the beach and a trolley for shopping. Loving welcome gifts, such as treats for our dogs and coffee and cookies, as well as a bottle of chilled water, were provided. We can only highly recommend the apartment and its loving landlady. Thank you for the wonderful stay in your lovingly furnished apartment.

Our stay in Artems appartment was fantastic! The appartment was clean, had airconditioning and had plenty of space. We were very happy with our host Artem, he is friendly and responds quickly! The location is nice, within walking distance of restaurants and the city center. We would definitely return and recommend to others!

We had a really great time at Alejandro's place! 😌 He was super reliable and always available when we had questions. The apartment was sparkling clean and very comfortable. The beach was just a few minutes' walk away - just perfect for switching off. We got to downtown Valencia in just 15 minutes by taxi or Uber, so it's also super convenient. There were also really good restaurants nearby - we ate delicious food every evening. Thank you, Alejandro, for this wonderful stay – we would come back anytime! 😍

Perfect spot for a quiet weekend by the sea with my mother and family. The location on the beach is exactly what we were looking for: peace, sun and the sound of waves crashing. It was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the extra bathroom outside was great for quick showers after a dip in the water. Parking was easy, but I could see it being difficult in the peak seasons based on the availability on a calm weekend. The supermarket is walking distance and has all the necessities, while larger facilities and greater variety of restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. The water was clean and felt amazing even in September. The beach is pebbly, but nothing that wasn't manageable with water shoes. Once in the water, the rocks were minimal and we had a pleasant swim. There are larger rocks creating small coves, but that did not create any issues to swim, but in fact helped break the waves and created calmer waves. Our host was so kind, responsive and pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

We felt very comfortable at the place. The house is spacious, well-equipped and offers all-round pleasant, shady seating areas – perfect for staying outside even in higher temperatures. The pool was a great addition for us and made the stay even more relaxing. We would like to highlight the landlord's responsiveness: a small problem with the garage door was immediately addressed and quickly resolved - very exemplary! The area is quiet, and a supermarket is easily accessible by car. There are some dogs living in the neighborhood, so there is always barking - but for us that was not a problem overall. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

Great place in a up and coming neighborhood. My baby girls enjoyed their stay and Adriana's instructions were clear as water. I would definitely recommend the place to someone who has children.

I have been following Aurora as an occupational therapist for a long time, and this shared space project seemed like a great idea to meet in person, and address many concerns that with her recommendations will help us find solutions. The house is very clean and tidy. It was our first time in this type of accommodation, and this getaway to Vall d'Uixo was a wonderful experience, as a family, including our pet, of course. A great welcome and very respectful coexistence. Always attentive to us, but respecting our family moments. She offered us the service of a pet sitter to be able to visit the Caves of San Josep, and recommendations for places to visit very close by. 100% recommended. The apartment is beautiful and super bright, clean and the location is very central. That was all very nice and I would recommend it

We had a great stay in Andres and Rocia's loft. The loft was very spacious, extremely well equipped and very quietly located. Distances to the city center and the beach were very doable on foot. Rocia responded very quickly to questions or requests we had. Really enjoyed the stay and it is not impossible that we will come back to Valencia again and then we hope to be able to stay in this beautiful loft again.

The photos don't do the house justice. It's super big. The rooms are much bigger than expected. The house is very bright. It has a covered patio/Giant Cerrado and roof. Everything has been renovated . Amparo is a sweetheart. I made the order from Mercadona and I arrived before me, and she put it on the fridge for me. The house doesn't lack anything. What's more, it has gel and shampoo, bottles of fresh water in the fridge, a small milk brik, 2 beers and everything, all kinds of cleaning products, come on, of everything. To put it a but , Google Maps doesn't give the location correct. You have to look for it by the Street View. It's next to the Plaza del Ayuntamiento. Corner. Ahh important, if you want to see the national channels of tv, Coméntaselo a Amparo because it has to be done through an app. All in all, great!!

The apartment is spacious and well located. Host responds quickly to messages. The area is full of beautiful, colorful buildings. It's easy to get from the airport. Close to the beach. Recommended.

Both Daniel and Mariana were very kind and kind, and quick to respond to our messages.The room is very clean and tidy., It is very convenient to have a washing machine.But Mariana doesn't speak English... exchange basically can only be translated or send information to Daniel. Besides the exchange is great, the view outside the terrace is beautiful, there is a supermarket cafe breakfast place nearby and the beach is also very close.

Beautiful apartment just 20 minutes from Valencia, with easy access and a nearby bus stop. The view of the beach and pool is amazing, and the place was clean and exactly as expected. host were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Rafa and Maria are very nice and flexible, the apartment is perfect, large, clean, with everything you need inside. It is very well located right next to the sea, and the pool on the same floor, which is very practical. 100% recommended.

We had a great stay at Jana's apartment. It is very well located and really nice. It is a bit noisy, but otherwise really quiet at night. We were even allowed to leave our luggage in the apartment a little longer, which was really very nice and we appreciated it very much. We would definitely recommend the apartment.
